Never failed to amazed me, the best place i will surely recommend. Its my second time to stay here and i will surely be staying here again.

I was very satisfied with the spacious room. The kitchen and bathtub were also clean and excellent. I would like to use it again.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is close to the tram station. There are all kinds of shopping and food nearby. However, the check-in process needs to be improved! The B&B will usually send an email one day in advance or on the day of check-in, asking us to upload ID photos and complete all information online. Check-in can be smooth after three o'clock. I can't understand the last step of self-check-in. Do I need to make a video call to confirm check-in? We initially thought that there were no staff at the hotel. After a long time of work, the staff showed up only after we had all checked in. 🤦🏻♀️ Complicating a simple problem! Then, not everyone knows how to scan the code for self-service check-in. The hotel's front desk space is very limited. If guests in more than two rooms want to check in at the same time, it will be very confusing. Everything you want is available in the room. It is suitable for families who pursue large space and want to do laundry and cooking. They don’t mind the temporary iron bed and the dent in the sofa. The price is cheap. If you want to save money, you can go for it.

The hotel room is big but lacks a washing machine

The environment and location are very convenient, very close to the station, there are many restaurants and izakayas downstairs, and the supermarket is also very close. I am very satisfied. The internal environment of the hotel is also very good. The facilities inside are very comfortable. The toilet and bathroom are separate. There is a stove to cook wild food. The bed, pillows and quilt are very comfortable. Overall, it is very good. It is a bit uncomfortable. Check-in time is too late at 1500 and check-out time is too early before 1000. It feels a bit rushed. I was also very satisfied with the attitude of the waiter. We were not familiar with the self-service method when we checked in, but he went upstairs to help us. He was very friendly and had a nice smile. She is a passionate girl. I'll stay there again next time I go to Japan.

The location is a bit disappointing, but not suitable for families. It was a good accommodation and there was good hot water. However, I stayed with the kids. It is not recommended to go there because the surrounding area is an adult entertainment district. And even if you check in early, there is no staff present and they don't leave your luggage, so you have to go right on time to check in.

There are many food shops around, convenience stores are nearby, and there are coin parking lots, so I think it's good. We were sitting on the bed watching TV together. The bottom of the bed fell out. A crackling sound is heard The boards kept coming off and one side sank. Also, is it the room next door or the room outside? It was very noisy due to the location, perhaps because the walls were too thin. I like the unattended check in and check out. I have used this hotel and group hotels many times. It was the worst room ever.

The room is ridiculously large. It's as spacious as if you were renting a real house. However, I couldn't leave my luggage before check-in, which was a bit disappointing.

There was no refund, so I made a mistake and lost all my money. If you spend this money, it's better to book somewhere else. I don’t think everyone gives it 4 or 5 stars for no reason. I think you need to be careful when making hotel reservations. I don’t think it’s a cost-effective hotel either…

It was nice to have a kitchen.

This is a great apartment, room was large had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, tv was large and all amenities worked well, it has 2 large closets to fit 4 suitcases. The only issue is that it’s in a bit of a sketchy area, there are a few gentleman’s clubs around and that attracts some questionable characters. There was no reason not to feel safe, but I was more cautious than usual walking through with our kids.
