I used the facility for 3 days and 2 nights.Day 1 passed without any problems.On the second day, I went out after 11 a.m. and came back around 11 p.m.However, the owner told us that we had vacated the accommodation while the tap water was running, took pictures of our faces at will, and extorted 20,000 yen by telling us to pay the water and electricity bills.Then, they took our keys and extorted money by telling us to give them the next day or paying 25,000 yen instead.We had to go back to our country, so we went through something ridiculous.I hope that those of you who plan to use this place in the future will read this review and avoid falling victim to Chinese people in Japan who extort money from visitors even though they cannot speak Japanese or English.

The location is in Xicheng District. I was a little worried about safety issues at first, so I asked the store specifically. The store quickly replied that there was no problem with the safety, and it was indeed very good. The transportation is convenient. It is less than 10 minutes' walk from the subway station Hanazonocho. It is also less than 10 minutes from Nankai Tenka Tea House. JR Shin-Imamiya is a little further 15 minutes. There are homeless people on the street in front of the station, so don't talk to them and just walk over. There is no front, just a staircase entrance. Fortunately, we live on the second floor. There is a small KTV downstairs, but it won't be noisy. The room is just a hall, and the introduction and pictures are quite relaxed. It was late August and the weather was hot. I was sweating every day when I came back. It was a bit inconvenient without a washing machine, but there was a laundry room nearby. The surrounding convenience stores and supermarkets are very convenient, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We only used a microwave. It's cost-effective and I will choose it again if I go there next time.
