As a hotel front desk, why is the service attitude so bad? It is already a hotel in front of the Dome, so you know that there will be many fans staying there, why is the attitude so impatient? If you say that you can't fill water, shouldn't you put up a sign saying that you can't fill water with your own bottle or dissuade people from doing so? I know it's my fault, but I did it without knowing it, and you came to me directly and fiercely, what can I do? Can I spit the water back to you? You made the guests so embarrassed, is this a service attitude that can exist? In terms of hygiene, there was a lot of dust on the blue quilt. I didn't know if it had been washed. I still used my own clothes to cover myself when I slept. You can imagine the hygiene situation... And the service attitude really affected the entire travel experience. I came to Japan from afar, but I was spoken to in this way in the hotel. Your attitude was no longer a normal communication. Your speech was full of impatience. It was not like I found it and then stored my luggage. After I took some things from the suitcase I wanted, she kept urging me and stared at me impatiently. If you are so anxious, why don't you just not let me store my luggage at the beginning? If you are impatient or have discrimination problems, then why do you still work here? If you work here, you must be aware that there will be tourists from different countries coming here. Who would come to stay if you are like this? The other one would pretend, but later she faced me and talked to another colleague about the water filling issue. If it is not allowed, you can just say sorry, you can't use your own water bottle to fill water, right? Do you not know how to speak or how to use a translator?  I came here to travel happily, but ended up having such an experience. It really makes me angry. Did I have to suffer in a Japanese hotel for no reason? This is the third hotel when the weather is getting colder. Osaka Livemax Hotel is usually a new building or seems to have been remodeled. It is clean. Everyone works hard The hotel is close to the station. The location is good. Domae Station and Domae Chiyoki Station are both close. But there are many disadvantages. The same Indian staff members This hotel does not provide luggage storage service from the morning. It is available from 1 PM, but there are no staff members, so you have to wait until 3 PM. There are no staff members at the front desk until 3 PM. And I asked for cleaning only once during my 3 night stay, when I left at 11 AM and came back around 3 PM, one of my T-shirts was missing. I hung it together with the outerwear hanging area, but only the T-shirt was missing. So I asked the front desk Indian staff member and showed them a picture, and when I went upstairs and checked with the cleaning staff member, I had never seen it before. So they said there was no solution lol This is really unbelievable. While cleaning, the same towel was white, so I threw it away, or another guest came out of the room and accidentally took the T-shirt while cleaning, so I have to clean the room that was open, but I open all the doors and clean the room one by one. Other guests can enter. I threw it away, or another guest came in and took it out of curiosity in the room with the door open, and if there is CCTV, I will definitely check there. It's amazing. It's strange that only one T-shirt disappeared. I accidentally took the towel out, and my T-shirt fell off, so I took it with me and washed it, or something. I asked the hotel I'm staying at to contact me if I found it, but I know that they won't let me. I know that even if I look for it again, it's not there, and I hung my clothes on a hanger when I left, but you should never keep valuables with you or ask them to clean after purchasing expensive items. I'm also worried because I only brought a towel from the front desk. I guess I'll have to put everything in my carrier and go out.
