Very good location nearby JR station / Metro station and New world with 24hrs restaurant and shopping at DonkiDonki just 5 mins walk, apartment is good designed, 2 big beds and small sofa & coffee table, nice terrace for drying cloth after daily washed by in-room washer. happy to stay there 3-4 nights with quiet place, helpful customer service and quick response though the apps. improvement: 1) WIFI connection to be improve and 2) curtain blackout not enough due to top & side leak without cover.

I am very satisfied with the B&B. I was not familiar with password accommodation at first and I was a little stuck. However, the customer service staff was very quick to get through and solved the problem. I will choose it again next time I have the opportunity.

Very clean, simple, and the transportation is very convenient, because we arrived in Osaka around 1 p.m. After communicating with the hotel, they agreed to enter the room early to put our luggage, which greatly reduced our burden and was very user-friendly.

The hotel has a self-service check-in system, so it's easy to enter just by giving the password. It just opened in September 2024. The room is very new and very large. It is just below Tsutenkaku Tower. It is only a few minutes walk to Ebisucho Station, Shin-Imamiya Station and Zoo Station. It can go to Kansai Airport, Universal Studios, Umeda, and the heart of the hotel. There are direct buses to Saibashi and the sound insulation effect is good. I will stay there next time.
