The location is not too good, a little far from the subway station! The room price is unstable, and the room price before check-in was half of the booked price! Ctrip's communication with the store was ineffective, and finally Ctrip compensated the price difference. I have to say that Ctrip's reputation and service are trustworthy! The hotel's service needs to be improved!

There are very few reviews. I want to tell you from the bottom of my heart. It just opened on October 19th. I am also lucky. The room is big and I have newly washed clothes and cooking. It is very close to Takashimaya. There are many beef BBQs nearby.

For those looking for a family vacation accommodation, this is it..!
We were planning to go with 4 people, so we looked for a hotel really, really hard
It was a new place, so there were almost no reviews, but when I looked at Instagram, there were many branches in Korea, and it seemed like Namba had just opened. It seemed like it was opened by a Korean owner, so I trusted them and made a reservation for 2 nights, and it was really great! They picked me up at a nearby station, and even though I kept changing it due to delays, they were very kind and helped me a lot with directions and calling taxis, so I had a great trip thanks to them! It was comfortable because there was only one room per floor, and it was so spacious that I couldn't believe it was a Japanese hotel,,!

As four guys might get noisy, we were intentionally looking for a quiet hotel, and just happened to find one in Namba that fit our needs, so we made a reservation.
Also, even if we went out and played in the busy Dotonbori area until late at night, it was only about a 10-minute walk away, so we were able to enjoy ourselves without having to worry about public transportation.
And the staff were very kind, and check-in and any requests we had were handled smoothly, which was really nice. Above all, the room was very spacious and comfortable.
We would like to use it again
