location is close to JR Shin-Imamiya, Doubutsuen-mae Subway. easy to walk and convenience store is around. staff is friendly and some of them can speak with my language! Thank you

Close to Shinsekai, two stations away from Namba station, and metro station is conveniently located close to hotel. Definitely worth the consideration and price. Service was excellent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was great, very close to Tsutenkaku and Shin Sekai area. Near two subway lines as well, about 3 minute walk to each one. The room was very clean, but there was no bedside table and the location of the air conditioner was a bit uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful however. Overall, great stay.

Conveniently located next to the station, thoughtful services and good hospitality!

The location is quite good. A little far from the city but near the train station. Staffs are very nice. The room size is not quite small, suitable for 2 people.

The location is close to the train station so very noisy, the hotel therefore also provides earplugs. Not so much extra service, but it's fair considering the very low amount you paid.

The location is convenient, 30 seconds from the subway station and Tsutenkaku Tower is right behind. The service attitude at the front desk is good, the hotel environment is clean and sanitary, and disposable supplies are provided for free. 

I stayed there for 7 days and it was nice because it was close to the station, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

I didn't expect much, but it was surprisingly good. The transportation is convenient, there are many convenience stores, and it is very close to the attractions. But there are many people smoking on the road in this area.

I usually book this hotel every time I go to Osaka. It's very convenient, but the soundproofing is average. There's a JR railway behind it! Environment: good, good location Hygiene: OK Facilities: quite comprehensive Service: OK
