Very stylish and cool Hotel. The checkin is a little but confuse but that's Ok. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is not so good and a little bit crowded. The people from hotel are very nice!

Great location and vibrant lively hotel. Busy and at times front of house couldn’t cope with the volume of guests (at reception, in the bar, and at breakfast). Bar also caters for a lot of local customers for afternoon tea/evening drinks so waiter service is slow. Adult hotel which should consider stays for children of hotel guests been 8 years old and above as the few disrupt the many guests.

Like all w hotels the rooms are great . The service was great , they helped me solved all my problems . The only disappointing was I stayed there with my birthday and there was no birthday greetings from hotel in room . Every year with my birthday I stayed in different hotels and there are all birthday greetings . Is disappointing that W hotel is a 5 star hotel and don’t do this .

It provides great service and the room is cozy. The location is convenient as well!

Modern style and small comfortable room.

Newer hotel located close to Shinsaibashi. The decor is fun and lively with well equipped amenities and great service that is customary in Japan.

Service from housekeeping staff is good as frequent request of ice always comes within 5min. However such a big hotel yet there isn’t any gift provided as compare to all other hotel that we stay where they provide gift cards or chocolate for our honeymoon. And the breakfast wasn’t that great. Thankfully did not request for other days. Such a let down on a big hotel.

An outstanding and inspiring hospitality outfit maintaining high service standard . The concierge staff are well trained to answer my needs and concerns . The buffet breakfast is outstanding with all varieties for selection . Location of hotel is excellent.

Best experience for that price range, a bit loud lobby however if you’re looking for something different and exceptional. Go for it!.
