Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Only downside is no ac control at the first of May…but the same with all EU chain hotels. Brought our own fan and opened patio door…no issue. Nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel located in a strategic position, in the northern area of ​​Viterbo, very close to the Orte - Viterbo highway exit. Very kind staff at reception, they immediately give you the necessary information on how to get around by car to reach the center of Viterbo. excellent breakfast, with a large assortment of sweet and savory foods, waitstaff promptly asking what type of drinks you want, with impeccable kindness. as regards the cleanliness of the rooms, more attention should be paid to the fundamental things. given that the room has carpet, it would be appropriate to clean it with an electric broom in the morning, as it left me in doubt as to whether this service would be performed. in the bathroom the accessories are available and disposable, but the tiles in the bathroom itself should also be cleaned, as upon arriving on the first day, I noticed that there were some tiles that were not cleaned well and this inconvenience remained for the entire duration of the stay. however the welcome, the cleanliness in general, and the kindness of all the staff is to be taken into consideration

This is the hotel I stayed for during my travels. It's a bit out of the way, but the coop is also within walking distance, so it's a hotel where you can rest comfortably. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean.

When I'm in the area I will definitely stop at this hotel again.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo hotel e, devo dire, siamo abbastanza soddisfatti. Struttura un po' datata (andrebbe un po' rivista con gli arredi e data un'imbiancata alle pareti) ma tutto sommato pulita; letto abbastanza comodo (ma per i miei gusti il materasso era troppo duro) e bagno pulito. Non avevamo la colazione, quindi non posso giudicare i pasti. Si trova in una posizione comoda, a 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Viterbo, quindi lo consiglio.

I stayed in this property with my family, the staff were welcoming and kind, the rooms above average were really very spacious and kept very well, in the fridge there was a wide choice of drinks and snacks all included in the price of the room. The breakfast was excellent with wide choice of excellent quality sweet and savory products....I recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel for a short break in Viterbo. Given that when I can I choose Best Western quality and standards, in this hotel we found some positive points but others that were questionable. Clean hotel and well-kept rooms, helpful staff. Excellent reception service. Given the period with low temperatures even in April, there was no possibility of heating the room as the system was deactivated, something that has never happened in other hotels in the 4-star Best Western circuit in which I have been. It was cold in the room, in the bathroom and no extra blankets were available for the bed. It was of no use communicating the disservice to the reception on the day of arrival. Another negative point is the paid parking. I find it strange to make customers who stay in the hotel pay for parking, which I have never paid for and is always free in other Best Western hotels where I have stayed. There is no kettle in the room to make herbal tea, usually found in other 3 or 4 star hotels, and if you ask for a herbal tea at reception it will be credited to the customer. We were sorry, even though we had informed the facility that we follow a vegan diet, in the morning there was a bit of a fuss trying to find something for us and we then canceled breakfast for the next day. However, for the inconvenience we would like to thank you for having canceled the cost of parking and breakfast on the first day. Let's hope for better next time, but I would like to recommend greater attention towards customers and for a 4 star it can be improved.

As the title suggests, it is a hotel in a decentralized position, in a fairly bad area, I think the car is essential to be able to get around. The hotel is a little old but equipped with every kind of comfort. The rooms are clean and spacious with large, comfortable beds, they offer a bathroom kit including bathrobe and slippers and large balconies useful for smokers like me. Breakfast is very varied and offers a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The hotel has paid parking (5 euros per night). The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. Promoted for value for money but in this respect the hotels of the Best Western chain are a guarantee

Structure not brand new but very well maintained adjacent to the university and court, one kilometer from the center, easily reachable by car. Room 401, very clean and welcoming. Very kind and professional staff. Excellent and varied breakfast. Secure parking. Good experience.
