The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep after a long day of exploring Osaka, and the modern bathroom, complete with a fantastic shower, added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary glass of wine offered to guests every evening. It was a wonderful gesture that made me feel special and added to the overall charm of the hotel. (Made separate booking for same stay so the review is same as previous one) Nice place to stay, very near to the metro stations (2min from Kitahama station and 10min from Yodobashi station). Room was good in general but i found some strange hair left on the wall (idk why on the wall, maybe the clean staff used same towel to clean everything in bathroom. It is very unnoticeable since the hair is short and blonde.). No pictures since i cleaned it up right away. But for the rest everything is fine, the staff in the front desk is very friendly too, basic communication in english is no problem.

The facilities and facilities are new, there is a GOTO travel, and the accommodation fee is low, so I want to be highly appreciated, but it is the first time to use it, and it is very regrettable, and it cannot be highly appreciated. (There is a microwave oven in the room, but there is no shared ice dispenser, etc., unbalanced) This neighborhood is lined up properly, because the road is lined up vertically and horizontally, from the subway station, It took time to get there. I passed through the signal crossing immediately, and I could hardly see the signboard, so I passed. The signboard of TY Inn is flashy, so it enters the eye. I called the hotel and walked from the subway station and visited ”TY inn is nearby because I can see it” and asked, ”what store is it?” Just see the signboard, you can't know what store. Not far from ＴＹ inn, as if you can't read the air. This is low level!! I can evaluate that the signboard is not flashy, but on the other hand, there should be many such inquiries.Even if I finally arrive, I don't feel hospitality at all, and I don't feel good. I'm sorry for the dryness, but I need to reeducate my employees. This is a frank opinion.

Very good location only two stations from Osaka station or namba station. But you need to change line in metro system. The place nearby the hotel is very quiet. Value for money hotel the price is generally 30 percentage less than the other hotel two stations away. If you don’t mind to change line in metro system it is a very good choice!

It looked like a new hotel and looked clean. The bathroom was also a separate type, which was my criteria, but the bath floor wasn't very clean and there was mold in the corners. I also cleaned the bathroom! But it's more forgivable than the room.The room is full of dust.I wiped it all over with disinfectant wipes.The flooring? It was noticeable that the dirt couldn't be removed from the area, but I didn't feel like cleaning that much so I had to put up with it.I spoke to 4 staff members, 3 at the front desk and 1 at the restaurant, and everyone seemed to be very nice. I was disappointed in the cleaning part.Will my companion have to change rooms midway through? I started saying, but please give me back all the effort I've put in! What will you do! that's enough! I thought there was probably water in the room, but there wasn't.I didn't check this, so maybe the hotel didn't have water in the first place.Or maybe it's the grade of the room? As soon as I left the room to buy a drink, I encountered the cleaning staff. They ignored me even though they saw me. Maybe it was because they did a sloppy cleaning job? Or do you mean that you are an employee of a cleaning company and have nothing to do with the hotel? Well, I don't want you to force me to say hello, so it's fine. I chose the hotel because it had good reviews, so I'm disappointed. I'll just say that I'm a rough and timid person, and I'm not a nervous person at all! It means that I thought it was terrible. Did the problem happen to be the room that was prepared for me? If so, then it's not too bad luck (tears).

The service is excellent. The breakfast is delicious. The scenery is extremely beautiful. It should be the best-decorated hotel in Osaka. The service attitude is enthusiastic. It is just too troublesome for minors to check in alone.

There are 3 people at the front desk and 3 automatic payment machines. I was able to check in with plenty of time because I entered early, but I think it took longer than usual due to the procedures and explanations of regional coupons during national travel support. When I looked back, the waiting customers were lined up before I knew it, but they kindly explained it and asked me to answer the questions. I am grateful to the lady at the front desk who was in charge. The room is Hollywood. Twin cleaning was beautiful, so I was relieved. Since it was renewed, the equipment is new. A wide table that can be expanded and work with a PC Semi-separated (by bath and toilet) ← This is the first condition when deciding a hotel. I thought there was a washroom and I wanted it, but shampoos are placed on the edge of the bathtub. There is no shelf in the shower, no chairs and tubs. When used on the floor they said it was hard to use. I don't have a laundry hook, and I put it in a gap next to the bathtub, such as a towel, a brush, or a shower, and I wondered if there was such a place until now. Anyway, the bath is difficult to use. I thought, but I got a lot of delicious food at breakfast ＾＾ Is there a place where Chawanmushi is served for breakfast? I was disappointed that the dashi roll I was looking forward to was a time-consuming item or a date. It was good enough to search for a shop after I got home. Most of the ”Shokusai Kenmi Nono Grape” branches? It's also in the hotel. I'm thinking about choosing the next hotel. The staff 々 all felt good. The breakfast venue was good here. Thank you.

As it's located away from the touristy areas, it's relatively cheaper, quieter, and compared to Tokyo hotels I have booked, roomier. The staff are excellent--they speak or at least understand English, and are efficient and warm. Basic breakfast is included-- the boiled egg is my favorite, and brewed coffee is available 24 hours .

Great hotel in Osaka. Good price for a nice and comfortable room. Location is very convenient and central. Close to Osaka Castle and Dotonburi. Really good place for discovering Osaka and the region.

The service and facilities are good with the hotel and staff service. But the location is a big far from shopping area. However the subway is closed by. The buffet breakfast is tasty and big variety. And I recommend this hotel for the long stay people as you will feel totally privacy because they don't come to clean your room unless you request for the cleaning service with additional Japanese Yen 1500. But you can do the cleaning by yourself as they supply the gears. Plus you can change the towel everyday and they do the rubbish cleaning everyday. Overall is a very money worth hotel.
