A very speechless incident. It said "air conditioning" on the facilities, but it turned out to be broken. Not only was there no switch, but it kept blowing cold air. There was no so-called heating. I went to the front desk but they didn't answer the phone. I went there in person and a not very friendly white person said it was not the season to turn on the air conditioning yet (***). Well, it was more than ten degrees below zero and I am from the south and can't tolerate cold. What's even more speechless is that when I checked out, I forgot a pair of Chanel earrings. I clearly remember that I put them on the table and forgot about them in a hurry. Maybe there was also 80 euros in cash...? I can't remember clearly.
