I stayed in this hotel over a weekend in Oslo and it was just perfect for an active traveler. It is literary on the main street of the City, has all the amenities. The staff was super nice and helpful and even tried to help me check in for my flight when my phone was not working. It's clean and the shower works well. The room is small but who cares if you are out all day.

Front Desk Reception lady was friendly and hospitable when we checked in approx. 630pm on 07 April. Gratitude to her recommendation of best breakfast in town and we truly enjoy the breakfast and it was of great varieties of food and services from restaurant was amazing! Room and all household ware are cleaned and tidy. Strongly recommended for all!

Hotel location is very good, next to the train station, the service is also very in place, I will set a person's bed is 20m2 big bed room, the result is told that it is a single bed room (the cheapest file only 15m2). My friend used to have a similar thing overseas. It took a long time to get it done and delayed the trip. If the guest staying in English is not English, it is awful. I want to be fair to the hotel but we had one thing after another with this place. Firstly we arrived and couldn't get hold of customer service so we could put our bags in the luggage room. Spent 30 minutes trying to get through and in the end was given the wrong code! Luckily one of the staff helped us out after an hour of waiting around. Then when our room was ready we went up and it had not been cleaned. Old wet towels on the floor and dirty sheets. They found another room, but again we had to call (no front desk) - so another 15 minutes on the phone. The response was ”I don't think we have another room”!!! Finally got a clean room - well relatively clean. Room is okay. Small but nice to have the fridge and kitchenette. Bathroom is ridiculously tiny. Overall not great. it felt like a hostel more than an hotel. Area is not great at night and we came back to a dozen men hanging out the front smoking.
