5 stars. Big handicapped room. In room fridge was cold. Bed was firm. Shower water pressure on hot ******. Cold was awesome if you like a cold shower... Breakfast was excellent and varied daily. Free parking. Big elevators. Great AC. Hotel will give you daily pass to fitness club if you ask. Many restaurants in same complex. Hotel has two.

房間很大，早餐很豐富

We thought the location was closer to the highway, but found out it was closer to the center of the city. The parking of the hotel is right in front of the entrance or also in the underground parking that is free for the guests. The staff were all very helpful, accommodating and always smiling. The complimentary drinks including coffee on our (each?) floor was really appreciated especially with cold and hot filtered water. The room was huge and we had a view to the river that was nice. Definitely will stay again if happens! The neighborhood did not look safe and at night (in winter) it was full of smoke from the houses nearby warming themselves which was very unusual for us. The smoke also somehow got inside the rooms through the centralized AC, so we had the heating off at night. From the security leaflet in the room key we understood the criminal situation is rather concerning around, but we appreciated the hotel to be honest about it and warning its guests, though inside of the hotel we felt completely safe! The restaurant is very dark during the breakfast. The choice of breakfast was rather on more limited side and did not look appetizing as well as the replacement of the choice was very slow.

It was average 5 stars hotel experience, the best hotel in Osorno, there is no swimming pool inside, but big gym there is. The restaurant and bar has a level quality, you can stay and eat in there comfortably. Expectations shouldn’t be so much. But you can stay and rest in comfortable zone.

Excelente hotel y atención. Recomiendo cuándo realizan la reserva pedir la habitación con vista al lago. Destacable el Chef parrillero Franco, somos Argentinos y disfrutamos muchísimo su atención y vocación. Habitaciones amplias, limpias. El hotel cuenta con ****** propio y sector de juegos para niños y adultos, pelotero, bowling, Pool. Volveremos pronto!

Las instalaciones del hotel muy bien, amplio, moderno, muy lindo, pero faltaria la piscina para ser un 5 ✨️ El personal muy bien, especialmente en el desayunador. La cena no nos fue muy bien, la carne muy dura. El desayuno excelente.

Estimados colegas agentes de viajes, la administración de este hotel es lo que llamamos carteristas, por favor no reserven en estos hoteles porque tienen que luchar por su comisión, no parece importarles el juego limpio, un grupo de delincuentes, especialmente el Sr. Donnie Simanca G. Su lema La misión de Sonesta es sorprender a cada huésped, miembro del equipo, socio y comunidad en la que operamos brindándoles calidad, valor y una hospitalidad increíble. ¡Olvídate de esta propiedad!

Lindas habitaciones , todo limpio, muy buen servicio, la cena fallo un poco pero la amabilidad del personal suplio los errores, lastima que es complicado usar la pileta. Retornaremos sin duda, y trataremos de usar la piketa aver como funciona

Hice la reserva mediante pagina hotel y cumplieron con mis expectativas y muy cordialmente! El desayuno es de lo mejor que deleite en chile y cooks altamente recomendable La atencion de la señora Raquel es de lujo!

Me encanto el hotel, la habitación limpia, espaciosa, las camas muy compdas, muy rico el desayuno variado y las instaciones modernas y el precio versus servicios, habitación y alimentación esta muy bien equiparado, feliz volveria otra vez

Me encanta este hotel, tercera vez que me alojo acá...limpio, espacioso, cómodo, sin ruidos molestos, seguro y rico para desayunar y comer, sea en el bar o en el restaurante, y a un precio razonable. Todo el personal muy amable y respetuoso...en especial la gran anfitriona: la señora Raquel, siempre pendiente de todos y todo. En el comedor yo deseaba unos panqueques celestinos, pero se hacían los fines de semana, sin embargo, los prepararon para nosotras un jueves, ¡muchas gracias! Además siempre hay algo nuevo, en decoración (ver foto), en la carta, cualquier detalle nuevo. Mi intención es volver con mi familia, hay que hacer un esfuerzo porque vale la pena.
