　Amenity is a simple hotel that saves the waste to take next to the front desk, so I think it is not enough to ask for a 5-star or 4-star hotel. It's just a new and clean hotel that is much more calm than a normal business hotel. Some pack prices with breakfast are very reasonable depending on the site. The location is very quiet because it is located in line with the former Bank of Japan building, not along the canal. It is close to the mall shopping street, so it is close to the sushi shop, the cake house in Hanazono town and the shinkuraya. There is also Lawson next door. The parking lot can be deposited from 13:00 before check-in, so it is ideal for sightseeing such as the canal, the must-see Otaru Art Village, and the Otaru City Literature Museum. As soon as you leave the canal, you will see a local-priced shop that is not a tourist price, and I think the location is wonderful. In addition, the view from the hotel room overlooking the harbor was wonderful. We were in a smaller condition, extra bed, in a not large room, but we were very comfortable. I think it's also because the door is thick or I can't hear the sound of other rooms at all. However, the bath in the room is small. Instead, the large communal bath on the top floor is not a hot spring, but the view is good and clean. It is also a good impression that the lockers that can be used were restricted so that they would not be crowded, probably because of corona measures. Breakfast buffet does not include fish * or crabs that tourists to Hokkaido are looking for. Still, it is delicious with local vegetables and Alice Farm jams. The menu is more Western than Japanese, but there are many warm foods and it warms up even in snowy Otaru. Thickly sliced bacon and steamed vegetables were very delicious. Also, the staff was young and I liked it very much even though it was crispy. The front desk staff guided me in the snow when I entered the parking lot. It was also active at the breakfast venue, so it seems that it will help where human hands are needed. It is also advanced as a business hotel that can calm down with a lot of new indirect lighting. We recommend that the husband of the corner-style liquor store, which is located at the edge of the arcade after dinner, is the most friendly and friendly if you drink a glass of sake. This is a hotel I stayed for a family trip. The location is good, it's clean, and the staffs are nice and friendly. However, I was disappointed with the low ceilings and narrow bathroom in the room. The furniture lacks cohesion and appears mismatched. It seems like a room renovation is needed.

Great stay at Hotel Torifito! The lady who served us was extremely helpful. It was raining when we checked in and she helped us bring our baggage into our rooms and offered to lend us umbrellas! She also told us to park opposite the hotel for more affordable parking! (1100 yen for 24h). The hotel room was very new, bright, clean and spacious too. Will stay here again when we come back to Otaru!

Is a very busy hotel, staffs in reception looks tired all the times 😅 (no greeting upon check in no good bye upon go out). But the hotel itself is worth 5 stars. - location opposite JR station 5 stars - walking distance to Otaru canal 5 stars - Onsen available with small treats / amenities (microwave) very thoughtful more than 5 stars - room sound / noise proof is very good. Can’t hear the noice from corridor or next door or top room ( which I have this sound issue at other hotels when staying in other Hokkaido hotel for 10 days ) - recommended hotel will come back again

Good location, good views. About 5minutes walk from Otaru station. This hotel serves good breakfast, wide selection of food. Must eat the milk pudding which is in the buffet spread. The restaurant allow customers to have coffee take away too. The service staffs are courteous. Tho the hotel is old, rooms are well maintained and toilet are renew. Bath tub are well cleaned. Only problem is the bed sheets have stains on our first day stay. But all are good after it is changed.

Very nice place to stay and room size is large by Japanese standard. If you drive, it is a good place to stay otherwise it can be a long walk to the touristy areas

８ １ night in early month. Green Hotel → Smile Hotel → The Green I have returned to the original hotel name. I stayed at the dormitory in the annex. However, it is not a large room, but a private room with a simple wall １ Tsubo weak. Perhaps to prevent the spread of the new corona infection, the simple wall is now extended to the ceiling. Therefore, the air conditioner was not hot and it was not ventilated. It is close to Otaru Station and is a good location about ５ minutes walk to the Otaru Canal. １ 2,000 yen including tax per night. I think it's the best cost performance for cheap travelers.

Sho Inn completely subverts me as a clean, picky person, incredibly clean and tidy!!! Everyone will have a separate room, comfortable and spacious bed, enjoy the snow outside the window. The common area is extremely simple and clean, the bathroom is clean and convenient, the hotel is designed in a simple style, tasteful, no redundancy, no lack. Everyone's needs are different, but I think it is a good way to stay. The boss is very kind and helpful. He is always ready to complete the requirements put forward by the other party, pick up the station and drop off the station and transportation requirements, and it is free. I am very grateful that I appreciate the tissue box on the side of the sink. He asked the location and drove me to buy it immediately, and then sent me to the station to buy a ticket and left. we made a short trip to Otaru to visit some of its good izakayas, we took a room with 4 beds, it was a nice surprise the distribution of the spaces in the room. Our room had two almost separate areas, in the main area two beds and a couch, the second area was a small terrace with the other two beds, the access to the terrace was a staircase in the room. the terrace was a very pleasant space, even though it is not possible to stand in the terrace area because the ceiling is very low, the terrace gives an air of independence being in the same room, each bed has its space to recharge the cell phone and has an independent lamp. our room had an elegant glass balcony with a beautiful view. the shower area is very elegant with a fairly modern and clean design. the television system was fun too, our room had a projector with a very good video quality I really liked my stay at the hotel and I hope to stay there again soon
