We were very warmly greeted. The check-in experience was just smooth and easy. The staff was extremely polite and professional. Any enquiries I had were dealt with patiently and came back with a fast response. The Heritage Golf View spread of food delivers an outstanding experience. The food is amazing, offering a delightful array of dishes that satisfy diverse palates .The Chief Chef Mr.Ravi Thakur was very accommodating to our specific dietary needs. It was overwhelming when they greeted me with a delightful cake , specially baked in their inhouse bakery on my birthday. Mr. Ajay K yadav , Mr. Rajendra Patel and Mr. Jagdish ***** with other restaurant staff were very helpful and cooperative regarding food services. I'm grateful for making my stay at Heritage Golf View memorable and special thanks to the MD Mr Puneet Maheshwari for nice management of the resort . I look forward to my next visit and can't wait to experience the warmth of the Heritage Golf View family once again.

Very beautiful place. The hospitality of whole staff is very gracious and welcoming and friendly. The ambience was very soothing and pleasant and over and above the food was a gastronomic delight. We enjoyed to the fullest. The perfect place for a lasting experience.

Beautiful landscape.wonderful hospitality, nice n tasty food.Manager was very helpful in guiding us to pachmadhi.The hotel Is clean and peaceful .Hygiene is very well maintained. One of the best hotel in Pachmadhi.I recommend this hotel.

Very good n excellent in all ways,hospitality at it’s peak Chef Ravi Thakur gave us the time of our lives catering to every single demand. The property is spread out and has a beautiful ambience. Highlight was also the star gazing experience with our guide Rohit. Highly recommended.

Visited the properly after 11 years and it’s still the best.. the food quality is unmatchable as I’ve tried 3 more restaurants famous. Very kind staff, huge garden, clean and beautiful properly.. I’ve also opted Taxi facility (Innova) from hotel and rate was same as market.

Our stay at The Golf View was amazing. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed our breakfast under their mango tree which was a serene experience. The food here is absolutely delicious, Thanks to Chef Ravi, for making our dining experience wonderful.

One of the best stays in Pachmarhi , beautiful Ambiance with lush greenery & exceptional service from the staff. Quality food with options of different cuisines , particularly Chef Ravi Thakur serving finest culinary experiences. A must visit for sure !
