The stay was cozy. The hotel is nice. Pool needs some cleanship. But as per the price, i will not say value for money. Slightly overpriced at mmt. Staff was courteous. Food was delicious.

Rooms were not cleaned at the time of check-in on the second day also the room was not cleaned we told them to clean up they cleaned but toiletries were not refilled no napkins no hot water in the bathroom n towels also kept only single. No checkout help for luggage, parking support were not available. The way the hotel charges is not worth it as these basic facilities are missing.

It was one of the best experience to stay, staff was very cordial especially the manager Mr Akhilesh their chef Mr Sunil were really great his food skill were the best I have seen in long time. The hotel was very clean and at a very good location, it was worth the money and time

there is no mini fridge in room as shown room service is very late room cleaning is very poor in bathroom water lodging western comod is dirty very poor hotal as money waste if possible refund money

Room service is not good. Staff is rude. Manager is always in angry mood rebuking somebody. Not very courteous towards kids

The stay was average. Ambience was dull. No great view from the rooms. Limited activities for the kids. Table tennis bats and the cycles were in bad shape. Bathroom accessories were not in good condition like jet spray holder was loose. Shaving mirror was loosely attached. Almost no vegetables in "upma.

Amazing hospitality, nice room & yummy food. What more to ask! Thanks to Manohar & the entire crew, Shivi & every member there(couldn't get all the names) for making our stay memorable. I would highly recommend & would visit again in case I plan another Pachmarhi trip
