Ho soggiornato dal 29 a 31 dicembre 2023 in questo alloggio con altri amici. Apparentemente sembra accogliente e confortevole ma in realtà è molto trascurato sia nella pulizia che nella funzionalità. Il bollitore per l'acqua può essere usato solo in bagno, in cucina non c'è una presa adatta, le spontex per la cucina sporche e vecchie, l'illuminazione della casa è carente, manca la luce lungo le scale che portano alla stanza superiore. Non c'era un minimo di confort in cucina all'arrivo. Abbiamo comprato caffè e the, le tazze macchiate, la posizione dell'alloggio è comoda, tenendo presente che non è un b&b economico si può trovare decisamente di meglio. Un po' di più cura nei dettagli, per una casa che non è nuova, è d'obbligo.

Per un disguido nelle comunicazioni siamo arrivati prima rispetto all’orario del check-in. La proprietaria invece di venirci incontro (per posare almeno le valige dato che eravamo sotto casa) mi ha risposto in modo sgarbato e chiuso il telefono in faccia continuando poi a fare polemica via messaggi. Non si trattano così i clienti. Maleducazione e nessuna disponibilità a venire incontro.

Non fidatevi. Aveva accettato la nostra prenotazione e poi è scomparsa lasciandoci in un mare di guai a pochi giorni dall’arrivo a Padova. Tra L’altro eravamo già stati suoi clienti in precedenza. Scarsissima professionalità
