Best services. Clean room

The room is clean but the toilet flooring are a little outdated. Need to improve the toilet flooring. And when u shower the water is not flowing. It takes a while to clear.

Breakfast and location are good, room is a bit disappointing, photos are a bit misleading! Not a bad place to stay though!

Nice clean hotel with helpful staff about a 5minute walk away from the centre. Nice swimming pool and spacious room.

The photos of the inner courtyard are not current, a kind of house was built in the inner courtyard as a breakfast room, so 8 rooms are almost without light, the terrace borders the breakfast room and you always have to keep the opaque curtains closed. As soon as breakfast begins, sleep is no longer possible. The pool is not cleaned! During the day the swimming pool pump runs, it is so loud that it is impossible to have a conversation. It is located right next to the breakfast room and the windows of the rooms. The hotel is not worth the money! I wouldn't stay here again! Otherwise the rooms in other areas of the hotel would be okay.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the center of Pai. The hotel has a great location, friendly staff, a great breakfast selection. The only drawback was our room number A108. It is located right in the passage from the breakfast rooms and with the balcony facing the restaurant area. As soon as breakfast was prepared, we heard everything, as well as the heavy chairs being moved. Additionally, the electrical box, which was on the wall of our room, was serviced on the 2nd morning. There was banging and it was extremely loud. The cleaning staff also had the “supply base” in front of our door and communicated via walkie talkie, which could also be heard loudly. I would recommend the hotel, but would absolutely advise against this room. Unfortunately it is far too loud.

The location of the hotel is very good. Although it is a new hotel, the facilities are basically the same as those from Xixi. They break at the first touch. I can only say that it is liveable.
