Excellent for the price. Location was great with good views from the rooms and the rest of the resort although not difficult when staying in beautiful Pai! The staff made it, very accommodating and happy to give you a lift into Pai centre to collect your rented moped. Small fee at the end of 100THB for the transfers, we had 3 lifts; so happy to pay. Room was clean and fresh towels and water delivered daily. Highly recommend.

Great houses! We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and convenience! It's a pity we arrived late in the evening and didn't enjoy the pool! For a stay of a few days, it's a great option! The breakfast was delicious and the food in the evening too!

Beautiful! You feel like you are in nature. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast (on the menu, you can order) and a beautiful path to the hotel.

Suitable for a long stay. Very comfortable. Cheap. Breakfast is included. The boss is Chinese. Communication is barrier-free. The people are also very nice.

A single-family villa, the decoration and furnishings are a bit old but the service is very good. Sitting on the balcony and soaking in the sun, the swing by the swimming pool is very impressive. The boss is very nice and can speak Cantonese & simple Mandarin. The location is five kilometers away from walking street. There is a paid pick-up service but be careful not to leave too late. Transportation will be more convenient if you rent a scooter or car.

Every time I go to Pai, I stay at his house. It's very convenient to go anywhere by motorcycle! Good service! There is a swimming pool, and the breakfast is very good, all cooked to order!

The accommodation is quiet and private. It's natural in the winter and in the morning there's fog. I really like it.

The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The breakfast was very tasty. There was coffee, tea, fruit, juice, salad, toast and various rice and egg dishes. The pool was well maintained and clean. Thank you - we'll be happy to come back! I can recommend the hotel! 😍
