People think that the hotel near the airport is sucks, but I think that it is great for me. Not only the location, but also food in the restaurant is great

I was happy that there was a bathtub for my tired body. It would have been nice to have a fridge, but it had everything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is very clean and close to the airport. The service is also very good.

Unfortunately this premier inn has let us down. We’ve found the room and facilities not as clean as it should and the room is as way too hot. But it was okay for a few hours stay I suppose. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Staying as a family for a funeral. The entrance to the hotel is grim. Asked for extra pillows but they dont have any Really. Bar has no Prosecco All in all this is the first time we booked here as the IHG was full and we visit Glasgow a lot. Wont ever come back

I booked 2 rooms, both Premier Plus/Executive, 1 for 1 night, 1 for 2 nights, to meet my family who were flying in from overseas. I've stayed at many Premier Inns over the years & they've always been reasonably good value for money - but not this time. On arrival the lifts was broken - I had a car full of luggage prior to travel & I was on the top floor, furthest corner. Seems the lift had been out for days & they were waiting on parts. On getting into the rooms (the room itself is actually quite well appointed) 235 & 237 I had no internet. I went to reception (there are no phones) to be told "yeah, the internet is a problem there, we know that, there isn't any!" There were no toilet rolls - just packs of hand tissues in their paper wrappers. The AC didn't work. I spoke with the duty manageress whose attitude was take it or leave it, you booked the rooms, that's your problem. She said that's how it was & there was nothing she could do, no discounts, no refunds, no have a meal or a drink on us. The rooms were clean & reasonably well set up - just nothing works. Housekeeping staff were friendly - but the place is simply broken. I'd seriously suggest for a wee bit more money to stay at the nearby Marriott Courtyard. I will be in a couple of weeks when I fly out.

We stayed the night before flying. The room was immaculate, modern and one of the best we have had with premier inn. The sofa bed seemed more of a proper bed than the usual and the bathroom was beautiful. The usual issue of loud guest above you but I suppose without soundproofing you won’t get away from that. The bar area let this hotel down. It was far too small and pretty non existent. A few tables as you come in the door. Pretty uncomfortable and not a relaxing environment. The parking was also not ideal as we thought we could park here for the week at £4 per night. We ended up having to take the car 6 miles away at 2:30 am.

We stayed as last of a large group planning onward travel by car the next day. As you'd expect from a well run Premier Inn. Comfortable and clean rooms, plenty of space, food available on site. I called the restaurant a few weeks before as we wanted to seat a large group at the same time. They were very helpful. Some members of the group were delayed on the way but the team were helpful in moving our booking to late in the evening and managed to still sit us across two tables next to each other. The location is perfect for both the airport and car hire.

Disaster from start to finish! Lifts not working food not available as they didn’t have most of the menu! Room not ready when we arrived.

We loved our visit! Great location and easy walk to the airport. We had nothing but praise for the lovely receptionist who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Hotel was in a good location, staff were friendly on arrival. Room was clean. However the room temperature was 27 degrees, far too hot for us to sleep in. There was a free standing fan supplied in the room, but it could be only used on fixed mode due to strange noises in other modes. The room window did open but traffic noise was quite bad

I wasn't at all amused with the PI at Glasgow Airport. Arriving late off a flight my colleague and I wanted dinner and were turned away as the restaurant was too busy - if I was driving it might not have been so bad but all there is locally is back tot he airport (which was closing down at 9pm) or a BP garage which resulted in a ham sandwich for dinner. The room was a "premium plus" room although I later found out that they were not being sold as that due to "room issues". No aircon in the room so you wither have a hot night or open the window and have traffic noise and aircraft noise. The panel I thought controlled the aircon doesnt (apparently it is a thermostat) and did not work anyway as it was broken. The room was supposed to have a desk and did not.
