This highly recommended hotel, we slept comfortably, clean bathrooms, hotel apartment... There are restaurants around the hotel. A very quiet and comfortable place .it is only 10 minutes from the station: 3 Guangzhou South Rail station,

This review for my extended stay. The bed is very comfortable and room big, even with a comfortable sofa. Only thing we dislike is that people smoke in lifts with no regard for others. Overall we enjoy our time staying here as well as in Guangzhou.

Room had a mezzanine so it felt spacious. Enjoyed having a small fridge and clothes washer. View of train station from my 12th floor unit. Fairly clean but you know.

Find good but there is no internet available for 2 night, they tried to solve the problem for internet but they are failed, i lost my mobile data because of this issue and the front desk staff open the room key for one night only and second night I surprised the door not open and need comeback to front desk to open the key again from floor 25th

The hotel is very clean and the staff of hotel is very nice and help us always my stay such as helping and advising me on my travels. And what I'm most pleased about is that the new room was upgraded to be better than before.

4 stars for location because it is walking distance to the MRT station. 2 stars for Cleanliness because the sewer smells and there is mold - the cleaning service focuses on the sheets so yes, bedsheets are clean - else I would rate it 1 star. There is no service whatsoever. 2 Stars for facilities only because there are some restaurants downstairs. This is not a real hotel per-se. I think it was built as an apartment building. Several levels are operated as a hotel by Lavende Hotel so if you are looking at the outside of the building - you will see a large Lavende neon (LED) sign. Several levels are operated by Victoria Hotel - some units on my level are leased long term to businesses.
Response from Property: The hotel is only 900 meters away from the Guangzhou South Railway Station and can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The transportation is very convenient! The hotel is decorated according to four-star standards. The rooms are comfortable, clean and sanitary. The space is large and spacious with a balcony. It is extremely cost-effective. It is the best choice for you to take the high-speed rail to Guangzhou South Station! We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you during this trip. the location is not walkable to South train station as there are construction and blockage along the road. It make very difficult to access to the train station as claimed. The pedestrian pavement was poor condition and damage your luggage wheels. I rather take a single Train station by Metro. Hence, it takes more time and difficult during raining day. That is why is not really strategic location. The hotel apartment seems operated by several hotel operator, make it confusion as they are using same lobby photos. The photos looks good but actually was run down very much. Please do not trust the photos. The hotel entrance condition was not good and room walkway pretty dark and poor condition. The room inside decent only but pretty much run down. In short, no revisit.

Maybe you are not familiar with the place and you are not familiar with it. Since you are a foreign guest and do not know how to use the Chinese navigation system, I am really sorry! You can contact our front desk and we will remind you to take the subway to the next station. Exit A of Shibi is right in front of our door, which is very convenient. The rooms are decorated according to four-star standards and are all taken from real pictures. The price is cheap and the price-performance ratio is extremely high. It is the best choice for guests to transfer to South Railway Station!

This Hotel Location is very Excellent Near to Guangzhou South Station as well as Near to Metro so travelling from here is Easy There Hotel provide you a apartment of Two single Beds and One Double Bed so that you can use this Room for 4 Person Moreover Vegetable Shops and a Muslim Hotel is very near to it. If your on a trip and want to live on South of Guangzhou than please consider it as an option
