The hotel is charming, the rooms are clean and fresh, and the grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and quiet. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but everything we tried was delicious. The main downside for us was the extremely poor soundproofing in the rooms. If you're used to going to bed early, around 9-10 PM, be prepared to hear pretty much everything your neighbors are doing. Also, there was no information in the room on how to contact the reception at night. Our neighbors were also very noisy until about 1 AM. I was with my child and couldn't leave him alone to go find a hotel employee. I also considered it unsafe to go confront noisy neighbors by myself at night. As a result, I simply had no way to resolve the issue. We also received a call at 1 AM from another room, asking us to be quieter, apparently they had mistaken the room and also couldn't contact reception. The hotel itself left a pleasant impression, but the soundproofing and the ability to quickly contact staff at night definitely need improvement.

I recently stayed at this wonderful resort, and it was a truly relaxing and comfortable experience. The young and friendly staff consistently wore smiles, even as we lingered in the restaurant well past its supposed closing time of 10:30 pm. Their unwavering friendliness left a lasting impression on us. The thoughtful touches included a complimentary afternoon tea with a variety of drinks and snacks, a hand-drawn goodnight note prepared by the staff, and the delightful surprise of a birthday cake. These gestures made us feel truly special. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Arrived late, the receptionist is very good. Personally, I am very impressed with this hotel because of good service, beautiful accommodation, beautiful view, unfortunately, only stay for one night. Wait a minute.

A wonderful hotel with a book theme. Although over 90% of the books are in Thai, the library and multiple playgrounds made for a very fulfilling stay. The restaurant menu and room descriptions were also full of book-related information, with many clever touches to keep things interesting.

The room is a single-family house. The environment is quiet and spacious. The scenery is very close to the neighboring winery. It is halfway up the mountain. There is also a 711 nearby. The location is convenient. There is also a very cute dog to greet you. Overall it is quite good.

The camper-style accommodation was convenient and comfortable. However, I’d suggest improving the cleanliness of the bedding, as I got a skin rash. When we returned at night after dinner, the security guard was in a deep sleep — it took quite a while to wake him up.

The water flows strongly, the bed is soft, the staff provides excellent service, and there is a restaurant. It's a complete trip in one place.

The room is very spacious, the air conditioning is cool, and it has all the amenities. There's a swimming pool and the staff are very helpful. The location is not far from a convenience store. There are restaurants nearby. The atmosphere is good and the breeze is cool all day. I'm very impressed.

I treated my partner to this vineyard for their birthday and wow it was outstanding and refreshing. This Family run vineyard, and you could feel that from the moment you arrived. To the moment you leave. Perfect at its best. Arrived in time for afternoon wine and then sunset. The views from the room were just amazing. Some great photo opportunities too. And when you are ready to leave they are there within minutes to take you down to the main restaurant for dinner and even for breakfast. Or if you fancied a little exploring there are free bicycles next to your room to use. The food was good, many options to choose from. Settling for a steak it went perfect with the wine. The personalised service just blew us away. The vineyard tour was great and very informative, we even got to taste some of the grapes... I would highly recommend staying overnight here and experiencing the vineyard to the full and all that it offers. A huge well done to the team and the whole experience of GranMonte. Be sure to visit!
