This hotel is conveniently located near the city center of Palermo. The rooms were very small, extremely outdated, and somewhat dark. The bathroom and rooms were very clean. If you are looking for just a place to sleep at a good price, it offers great value. The breakfast was amazing and the staff, helpful and accommodating.

A EVITER ABSOLUMENT. Nuit du 19 octobre 2024 j'ai été piquée par des punaises de lit. J'ai dû changer de chambre au milieu de la nuit puis jeter tous mes vêtements et bagages. Dans une autre chambre une amie a découvert des punaises de lit dans la salle de bains mais par chance elle n'a pas été piquée. Hygiène inexistante. En outre ma chambre ressemblait à une cellule monastique sans lumière du jour. Une honte qu'un hôtel soi-disant 3 étoiles puisse proposer de telles chambres. Et la direction ne m'a même pas présenté ses excuses. Un comble!

Abbiamo preso 3 stanze dal 20 al 25 agosto. La mia era la 204 al 1'piano. Hotel situato in una posizione strategica , a due passi a piedi dalle maggiori attrazioni di Palermo. Struttura pulita ed accogliente . Le stanze sono ampie e ben tenute. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Altra nota di merito al personale che si mette a disposizione per ogni evenienza. Consigliatissimo! Un saluto da Napoli ❤️

hotel tranquillo nel centro di palermo, un po datato ma con tutti i confort. camera accogliente dotata di tv e climatizzatore, bagno un po vecchiotto da rivedere ma con tutti gli accessori. colazione a buffet un po misero... i succhi della macchinetta troppo dolci, le briosce troppo dure, poca frutta a disposizione. torte e cereali per tutti i gusti, la parte salata non tanto variegata ma sufficiente. simpatico il cameriere.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima la pisizione, ubicato a 500 metri dal Teatro Massimo e dal centro città. Camere pulite, con tutti gli accessori necessari. Personale gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Ottima la colazione con molta varietà di cibo. Consigliato.

Grosse déception pour cet hôtel où nous avons dû passer plusieurs nuits. La climatisation fonctionnait très mal (règlee au plus bas et faisant beaucoup de bruit pour produire très peu de fraîcheur), on ne peut pas afficher que l'hôtel est climatisé si les chambres ont du mal à être refroidies en dessous de 27 degrés alors même qu'il fait une chaleur intense dehors et que c'est un critère de choix essentiel. Le frigo ne marchait pas non plus où à peine (produisant en plus beaucoup de chaleur dans la chambre). Nous avons également été très gênés par le bruit, y compris dans l'hôtel. Un matin nous avons été réveillés par un chien qui ne cessait d'aboyer et l'accueil m'a très mal reçue. Nous étions épuisés et avions besoin de repos, c'est raté avec ces réveils intempestifs. Nous ne recommandons pas. Malheureusement passes par une agence de voyage nous n'avions pas la possibilité de changer d'hôtel et nous sommes donc restés plusieurs nuits.
