Volete recarvi a Palermo ed avere un hotel lussuoso che vi coccola dal vostro ingresso alla vostra partenza?Che domande...il Federico II Central Palace è ciò che fa per voi.Ho trascorso il miglior San Valentino della mia vita...la camera pulitissima,profumata,elegante in stile moderno,la SPA un luogo incantevole dove vi sembrerà di entrare in un altra dimensione...la reception e il bar dove si fondono professionalità e cortesia...desidero elencare i protagonisti di cotanta efficienza,cortesia e professionalità...la squadra è capitanata dal Direttore Antonello Buscemi che gestisce una macchina a dir poco perfetta grazie alle sue linee guida,un grande professionista che ogni hotel dovrebbe avere...una persona che ti accoglie con il sorriso è il miglior biglietto da visita per una struttura,passando alla signora responsabile della SPA che con i suoi toni pacati e la sua gentilezza ti fa sentire a casa.Una menzione particolare va anche ai ragazzi della reception,in particolare Daniele Reina che ringrazio per l'infinita professionalità e cortesia e infine un sentito ringraziamento va a Maurizio Giuliano,il barman che con infinita passione crea opere d'arte sottoforma di cocktails.Questa signori miei è una realtà ricettiva di Palermo,un vera eccellenza,un hotel che si posiziona a metà tra Piazza Politeama e il Teatro Massimo,un luogo dove la professionalità si amalgama con stile e caratteristiche uniche.Un hotel dove lasci il cuore e speri di tornare presto.Siete speciali,grazie.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura in occasione di un tour organizzato. Comodissima la posizione centrale che ci ha permesso di visitare il Centro storico di Palermo . Ho apprezzato la grande cortesia e professionalità del personale. Camere perfette ben arredate, ambiente pulito. Ottima colazione con prodotti locali.

Leider sind die Zimmer sehr dunkel, was wohl Beleuchtungskonzept des gesamten Hauses liegt. Die Wellnesseinrichtungen sind nur gegen Gebühr nutzbar, was auf der Homepage nicht richtig kommuniziert wurde. Schade, dies war neben der Lage ein Grund der Buchung für uns.

We had a great room with a balcony. We stayed there the 3 nights. Breakfast, which was included, was fantastic. The hotel is very well located yet not too close to the main tourist streets which are more noisy. Would go again if back Palermo.

Hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles !!! Au mieux 3 étoiles médiocres Cet hôtel a le mérite d être bien placé , mais: Pas de bouilloires dans les chambre ( on me répond que c est impossible)!?? Chambre peu éclairée et manque de rangement Pas de table et 1 seul fauteuil Douche uniquement avec jet du plafond.. Pas une bouteille d eau à disposition à l arrivée Réfrigérateur en panne Coffre ne fonctionne pas Pour un séjour de 5 jours c était très décevant
