Location is the only priority for this booking. Room was small. Bathroom was too small, water pressure for shower is not acceptable, Swimming pool need to be clean more regularly, dirty. Breakfast was acceptable. Parking = need to pay 20lira Staff need training. Hotel is more expensive than other hotel that have better amenities, better room size, better staff, better food. Location is great. 5 minutes walk to entrance of pamukkale, many shop and restaurants within 10 minutes walk radius.

It is a relatively old small town. The hotel has dilapidated floors, holes, and no elevator. It is in a great location opposite Pamukkale. The hotel staff are very friendly and worthy of praise

The location is great, the room is old, and the owner's service is pretty good, but it's not worth the price, especially in the off-season.

I don’t recommend this hotel very much. As soon as I entered the hotel and saw the swimming pool, I felt that the hotel’s cleaning was not very good. The water in the swimming pool was turbid. I thought it was related to the water quality, but the swimming pool in the B&B next door was clear! The room door only has a horn lock, which makes people feel very insecure. Cleaning needs to be improved. The only plus point is that the breakfast area faces Pamukkale and the scenery is very beautiful.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, very close to the entrance to the travertines. Cleaning is a bit fair.

Pamukkale can be seen from the room. The front desk is welcoming. The room is small. There are two chairs and a small table in the aisle in front of the window of each room. You can have tea or a drink and watch the scenery. Parking is available at the door, and there is a fee in the parking lot opposite. The Chinese restaurant opened by the ********* landlady at the intersection is delicious.

This hotel is clean and very conveniently located. I’ve stayed at a couple other places in this town and none are really “great”. This hotel is perfect for a night or two before heading to your next stop. Service was lovely but breakfast was just ok and hotel is showing its age. That being said I would stay again, just don’t set your expectations high, there is really not much in this area.

The family who run this hotel are absolutely amazing, they really care about their guests. They assisted us after we left, were on back road 30 minutes out from pamuakkale and had flat tyre. There was no response from Avis numbers so I called Hakan and he immediately arranged for a mechanic to come out and help us. Wonderful people. Their hotel location is perfect, rooms are very clean. Parking just outside the hotel. Highly highly recommend.

Recently stayed overnight at this perfectly located family run hotel. Extremely warm reception from the charming owner Hakkan providing chilled water and tea on arrival and advice on transport and activities. Great pool to use after sightseeing too. It’s not fancy but absolutely clean and waking to the sights of 20 + balloons immediately opposite and above was amazing. The lady organising breakfast was lovely with an impressive command of Korean to welcome visitors and Hakkan also speaks Japanese I think. We found Hieropolis ( use north gate) fascinating especially the theatre and museum. Much more impressive than the travertines which were the main reason of our visit.

Amazing hotel, amazing host and family. We will return, so friendly and courteous. They cannot do enough for you. Right in the middle of restaurants and of course pamukkale itself. We ended up staying an extra night.
