Initial experience wasn’t great at check-in, as the staff wasn’t giving accurate information about dinner prices, and wasn’t very friendly. There were also a few issues in the room. But the front desk was able to coordinate with their internal house keeping and engineering team to solve the problems. We were happy with their services in the end.

My fifth visit to Turyaa & first ever after Covid19. Warmth & friendly staff, made the arrival & check in easy. Cleanliness in the room, attention of the housekeeping was remarkable. Pool was clean & upto 5star standards. Variety, Quality & taste of foods, desserts & drinks was simply awesome. Happy hpurs, 7 to 9pm was just surprisingly wonderful with unlimited liquor, soft drinks & cock tails. Shams solo music & marvellous voice just took guests breath away.... Great location. Nice, clean room. Balcony and seating area. Got hot water! Restaurants nearby, city is just up the road. Staff are very friendly and welcoming....................................... Very happy with my experience at Villa Lavinia, and I would highly recommend.

I saw the hotel that the website said that there are children's entertainment facilities, I was still thinking, I've been there a few times, but I didn't find any children's entertainment facilities, it really isn't! This point should modify the web page introduction. The hotel has a good view, the beach is clean and flat, and the service is excellent. A very tasteful hotel, full of British colonial style, is worth a try.
