Initially we were skeptical about the place, however ,the moment we checked out the rooms, we were sure of occupying the rooms comfortably for the next 2 days. Very neat, clean spacious rooms with a sit out space. You feel connected and get that 'at-home' feel esp after going thro the mult fam photos and the Rebelos family tree, put up on walls, nd discovering that the place has more than a century old history! being located at the heart of the city, it has an easy access to places & is just a 3 min walk from cruise @ Mandovi. Good wifi connectivity available. Since meals not included in stay, we ordered online, necessary cutlery is provided at hotel. They hv a fridge storage & a microwave oven if needed. Our room had a kitchentte space, so eating in room was not at all messy. Owner is friendly and guides u well for local trips.

If you opt to stay in Panjim and have lot of outdoors to do, this place is your best bet. The hotel is compact, boutique style and xtremely neat. Breakfast is a small set menu of doas/Parathas, tea,omelette, orange tang and served in a tastefully done up cafeteria. Absolutely safe, near the main Dayanand Bandodkar road. Casinos, jetty, Restaurants nearby (only u hv to follow google maps) The staff were very courteous, polite and the whole area gave positive vibes. Not for large groups maybe but perfect for couples and small families. Toilet was a bit cramped but it didn't bother us much as we were out touring. Compactness, cleanliness and location were our priorities, so we found this place perfect -husband wife and 10 Yr old son!

We booked two rooms at Surya Kiran Miramar for a work project. The rooms were neat and clean. We also utilized the sitting room area for a small gathering and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this for families, friends, solo and business travelers.

It is a govt property in prime location. So as expected, the maintenance of the property is poor. Food is costly as per the hotel standard. Enough parking space very near to miramar beach. Toilets needs replacement. No separate non smoking room. So for non smokers if given a room where the previous occupant was a smoker, then life will be hell. No information available about the tourist places at the counter. It is good only you have no other option. Better to buy water bottle as you can not rely on the water provided in the jug. No electric kettle or tea coffee in the room.

Stay with a family of 3 the hotel is at prime location of panjim, walkable distance to ritz classic, godinhos, kokni canteen etc and all of the casinos like deltin, big daddy, majestic pride and few others. Food is good, we utilised only their breakfast as we had travel-led to visit the local restaurants and casinos breakfast has good options, we had parathas, boiled eggs, masala omelette, idle sambhar chutney toast bread with butter/jam with tea and coffee service was great and staff was helpful. Recommended for family.
