"The room is not exquisite, the bathroom has soap, the room is tea and coffee in the bags, the water in bottles of 0.5 is a teapot. Rosetta workers only 1, but there is a triple. Breakfast is cool, with delivery to the room, you need to order it on the eve, choose the type of sandwich and agree the time of delivery to the room."

"We spent one night at the hotel. Upon check-in, we were only provided with a foot towel. They brought us two larger ones. I couldn't explain that we needed a hand towel as well. The fan turned on by itself at night, there was a corded smell, there were no slippers, and the rain showerhead leaked onto the wall. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We recommend the hotel for a short, budget-friendly stay without complaints."

The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! "The stay at grand delmon was very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and supportive. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is in the center and has the best location as the same is near from the market. If you are looking for a safe location, this is the best place to go. If you want to have a hotel with swimming pool, it does not have the same. Overall the stay was amazing. We had memorable time over there."
