Great
GGuest UserOverall, I really liked it. It's missing just a few minor details to make it a 5, which is typical of Indian culture. The area is near the Portuguese Quarter. For some reason, the area around the hotel is poorly lit in the evening, while the Portuguese Quarter is well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful.
JJames MonsterMy checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.
GGuest UserWe stayed at surya kiran heritage hotel for two days. First off the location - the location is at a perfect place with all places of panjim accessible. It is near the main road but yet away from all the noise and din. Property - the property is a 110 old bunglow. It is aesthetically decorated with antique pieces placed all around the corners. The verandah at the centre of the bunglow was decorated beautifully with plants and a small water outlet with fishes. Just makes you happy. Rooms: the rooms are large with a large box bed just like olden days. The rooms are clean with all amenities. Well maintained. The standard room where we stayed had access to the outer balcony where we could sit and have breakfast. Bathrooms: the bathrooms are huge and clean. The fittings are all modern with ample water supply. Breakfast : the breakfast is a simple affair. There is no buffet, one has to order. The poha and the team served were delicious. The property is well maintained and absolutely clean. It was a wonderful stay.
GGuest UserThe place is clean and tidy. The heritage structure and furniture lend a unique ambience to the property. The food is excellent in terms of taste, quality and portions. The breakfast spread is not huge. The positive part during lean occupancy is that they let you order and serve freshly made dishes. The location could seem a bit tricky for first timers in goa as it is not near any of the beaches. The property is located in the touristy fontainhas area. It has narrow and not-so-good roads around which makes it difficult for vehicles. The service is good and the staff is well behaved. All in all, it is a decent budget stay in panjim.
GGuest UserCons- firstly room is too too small, suffocating rooms. Beds were not that clean an the sink was blocked while hand wash water is filling till top. No door mats available at all. Pros- rooms are good if u r looking for low budget and bachelor and it's very nearby to casinos. It's walkable.
