W Panama Reviews

The attitude of the front desk and the concierge service is very good. The water in the shower is very small and the water pressure is insufficient. On the day I left, a very unpleasant incident happened. I am 100% sure that my passport was placed on the sink, but I suddenly found it No, I thought I was screwed, but finally found it under the mattress! Who's insane to put a passport under a mattress? It's not clear that I want them to help find it, and give a tip if I find it? I advise everyone to be optimistic about your passport, and don't give them any chance to hide your passport!

I loved it. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit.

It's very average, the facilities are old, the hygiene is not good, and the overall a**osphere does not have the soul of W Hotel. This level is similar to that of higher-end chain express hotels in China.

The location is good as it is centrally located. It is a stylish hotel with a trendy design, and it is a bit inconvenient for the staff on business trips.

The property is beautiful and clean, but very loud. You can hear everything in the room, the people in rooms next to mine, the elevator beep and talking, people dropping items on floor etc. it is not the hotel staff fault, it is quality of construction and wood walls…be cautious of room locations/selections

Had to change rooms twice. Once b/c of water noise at night and the second time because of poor air conditioning. Food was mediocre and hotel was dated and not clean.

A beautiful hotel right in the heart of Panama City. The room was beautiful and spacious! We had a gorgeous view of the city.

Traveled with my husband for our anniversary, the hotel was really nice, wishing they had a microwave and a fridge to put water in since it’s really hot in Panama, instead of putting for the bar in there, but otherwise it was good

Everything about the hotel was fabulous! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well designed and comfortable. Location was convenient to restaurants and an easy taxi ride from the airport, the cruise terminal and Old Town.

The hotel room was dirty in general, specially the bathroom was terrible, needed maintenance a deep clean, the AC was not working. The staff understood the situation and moved me to other room, the bathroom was also in dirty. The elevator and halls had a strong smell like a scent but was so strong that I disliked it, the elevator was dirty also In the breakfast restaurant the table looked dirty too. In general poor maintenance and dirty.

Hotel seemed like a frat party. Even though, it’s a W, it is a hotel and rooms parties were the norm.

Amazing hotel .. I had a suite and the view was unbelievable.. no complaints the food was also amazing
