From my check in to my check out time everything was wonderful. Monica at the front desk was exceptional. She was professional and kind. She even checked on me before my checkout to see how my stay had been. She is an exceptional employee. The room was lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

My wife and I are frequent travelers to Panama City and whenever we feel Le Méridien is our second home . All of the employees are warm and friendly and heads up to the Gerente General Pilar and Desk manager Monica who will bend over backwards to make your style better. If you are lucky enough to get an ocean view you will encounter the best view in Panama over looking Casco Viejo and Punta pacifica. The rooms are outfitted with high quality furnishings, comfy beds , marble bathrooms and beautiful art. I highly recommend this establishment as you get more value first your money and guests are catered to on an individual basis

The employees are very nice and the hotel is in a nice location, but boy is it showing its age. There are signs for ice by each of the elevators, even some doors, and in the in-room directory, yet all of the ice machines have been removed. The only way to get ice is to go to the bar and request it. Same with the Bonvoy Club lounge, which had paper over the door. Only after I enquired at the front desk did I learn that I had complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks as a replacement! Unfortunately that was already a couple of days into my stay and I was getting ready to check out. They charge to loan you an umbrella, odd for what would have been complimentary at a higher-end hotel. Oh, and all of the employee name tags read "Trainee". I never saw one name! Overall I'll be finding another Marriott or a different hotel altogether for my next trip to the region.

Esta excelentemente ubicado, facil de llegar y con muchos restaurantes cerca. La atencion es normal, en mi caso no tenian la reserva y el muchacho que atiende durante la madrugada no tenia muchas ganas de ayudar a buscarla por lo que tuve que escalar el tema y un intern muy amable me lo resolvio. Salvo la atencion, el resto espectacular.

Absolutely hopeless hotel. No cleaning. Stuff completely lost and takes time to get anything. Will never stay here. I was booked at intercontinental and they moved me here to a cheaper hotel too with no refund. I urge people to not book this hotel because they did not clean my rooms three days in a row
