My daughter and I decided to just walk from SM MOA as it says in the site that it is not that far, however, when we started traversing using google maps, but we missed our turn, instead we go around in much farther. But, the facilities is great!

The receptionist is so accommodating. They upgrade our room and we really enjoy our stay. If you attend concert it’s a good location and they also have swimming pool

Be aware that the only amenities included in the price of the room are pool and gym. Other amenities are either not available upon request prior to booking, with high additional cost/charge. Separate booking management and only open weekdays up to sat 12noon.
The rooms and hallway maybe the whole building are infested with crackroches and small bugs. I showed my videos at the front desk as we are scared while sleeping that they might crowl on us.
I complained, but they never let me speak to the management only front desk. Who told me to cancel my booking on my own. The day I learned all this. I know I will never get refunded because booking is non refundable. As of this time. I am still waiting for the management to contact me. Be aware!! I wish I can attached videos here.

I rarely comment, but I am so angry that I have to comment this time. I have booked so many hotels on Ctrip, and this one is the worst. Not only is the price expensive, but there is no hot water in the bathroom, no slippers, and the room is small. I booked two large beds, but they turned out to be two small beds. It was introduced as having a balcony, but it turned out to have no window.

The room is clean and spacious.
110 volt outlet is loose so you need an adapter.
I couldn't find an outlet, so I looked for it and found it behind the bed.
