This hotel feels more like a guesthouse, it's quite small and the rooms are compact, but the location is excellent. It's very close to the Opera House, Galeries Lafayette, and Printemps. If you plan on doing a lot of shopping at the two big department stores, I highly recommend staying here.

It has best location, very near to the Opera of Paris, with McDonald and Burger King downstairs and Carrefour within 5 minutes walk. The room is small but very tidy, equipped with airconditioner which is super important for this summer. The staff is kind and helpful. I arrived there too early to check in so the reception guy helped me to leave the luggage then I could have a walk in the city freely! Very nice staycation, it’s a 10 out of 10!

The location is fantastic, perfect for solo travelers. It's super convenient to get everywhere, and there are plenty of food options right downstairs. The hotel staff were also wonderful; they even helped me carry my luggage down a flight of stairs. I was surprised to find such a tiny elevator! I'd definitely stay here again.

Everything else was fine, except for the high stairs which made it inconvenient with large luggage.

Fantastic hotel! It's close to the Opera House and not far from the metro station. The area is bustling with plenty of dining options, including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean restaurants. The hotel's decor has a chic Parisian vibe, very stylish and tasteful. My room didn't face the street, so it was quiet and comfortable, and the hot water was excellent. The staff were all very warm and polite!

I was drawn to this hotel by the 'great view from the window' tag on the booking page. To my dismay, when I opened the window in our room, all I saw were three walls! Looking at the hotel's room layout, it seems only two rooms per floor actually have a street view. Couldn't the booking page be more specific about this? If they had been clearer, I wouldn't have booked here, especially since there are so many other options in the area. The only good thing about this hotel is its decent location. The elevator is as tiny as a household fridge, and you even have to open it yourself! Yes, you heard that right, open it yourself! The front desk had a French staff member whose English was good, making communication smooth. However, there was another staff member, possibly Vietnamese or from somewhere else in Southeast Asia, with whom communication was completely impossible – a total language barrier. Facilities: There are about 1.5 flights of stairs from the entrance to the hotel's front desk, which isn't very convenient for large luggage. When checking in, we asked for help from the staff, and they helped us with one piece of luggage. When checking out, the staff were also willing to help with the luggage, but required us to go along with them. Overall, they were willing to help, but for those with large and heavy suitcases, it's still not very convenient. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is quite good; staff clean the room daily. Environment: The overall facilities feel a bit old. Especially in the room I stayed in, the air conditioning vent was directly above where one's head would be on the bed, which was very inconvenient. Also, while there was a showerhead, its position was very, very low. If you're used to using a showerhead instead of a bathtub, you'd have to hold the showerhead with one hand to shower, which is very inconvenient. I hope the hotel can improve its facilities in this regard. Service: The overall service attitude is quite good, except for one day when an older staff member made a very strange request, telling us we needed to return our room card to the front desk every time we left and entered. I ignored him, as I found it very odd. Other staff members did not make this request. The hotel's overall location is indeed excellent, very close to the city center, but the outdated room facilities and lack of an elevator are factors to consider.

The front desk staff here were the most welcoming we encountered on our entire trip to France. The hotel is conveniently located about 450 meters from both Galleries Lafayette and the Opera House. However, be aware that the airport shuttle no longer stops at this location, so if you're planning to rely on that, you'll be disappointed. While the room was small, it was generally clean, and the bed was comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the bathtub didn't have a shower curtain, which meant water got all over the floor after a shower.

Terrible value for money. The service was awful, and the room was tiny. The front desk staff, who were Indian, acted like robots.

The room was small but the bed was large, and the window didn't face the street so it was very quiet. The hygiene was also good. But none of that really matters. The main point is the excellent location. It's a three-minute walk from the Opéra station. I went to the Orsay Museum in the morning and walked all the way back from the Eiffel Tower in the evening. Plus, there's always someone at the front desk, which is super convenient!

Nice and very supportive staff, clean and efficient room. Good internet. Excellent location.
