Perfect hotel, located in the heart of Paris, and very safe. It is super convenient to take taxis, subways and bicycles around, and there are countless authentic French bistros! Ten stars recommended!

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the hotel for our honeymoon and … it was fantastic! Amazing staff, amazing room, amazing location! Really nice place! We highly recommend it! Definitely 5 star stay. And we will be back for our 1st anniversary for sure! 😃

Le service est excellent, le spa est une pépite, il est particulièrement bien entretenu et le personnel y est très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est également très bien, c’est goûteux et bien présenté. Accueil très agréable avec une coupe de champagne offerte. La vraie déception vient de la chambre. Nous avions réservé une Prestige Sublime à + de 700 euros la nuitée. A ce tarif, et dans un 5 étoiles, on s’attendait à une chambre impeccable, d’autant que l’établissement est assez récent (rénové et ouvert fin 2020). Or, il y avait à de nombreux endroits des tâches, des coulures, ce qui donnait à la chambre un aspect de propreté douteuse et de vétusté. Nous l’avons signalé et montré les photos correspondantes, il est quelque peu dommage qu’aucun geste n’ait été fait. Au final, on reste sur une déception et le sentiment d’un établissement plutôt 4 étoiles que 5.
