Room is very clean. Location is superb! Our ac was not working. We informed the reception twice but no one came to fix it.

Right above the metro and tram. Bus stop is also nearby. Very convenient and about 30 mins walk from the Eiffel tower. Nothing negative to say, was comfortable.

Room were bit small other that were good and 2 min walk to Metro Station.

Check out at hotel is 11am so be careful. Location is very good. Stuff is very friendly.

hotel is good and clean, it is inside the city and very convenient for shopping etc, just the room is a litter bit small:-)

Good location , very clean but not much breakfast.

nice staff! nice service! The first night my room was facing the road, so its quiet noisy, so i asked to change a room. The staff there were so nice that let me change my room at the second night.

We stay at this cozy hotel 3 night. Transportation accessibility was nice, room was clean and spacious that price. But the construction noise was minus point. Staff was so professional and nice. Luggage keeping possible after checkout. I am willing to visit. Almost no amenities.

Very good location but food is so so mot impressive

Receptionist did not seem pleased to check us in. Room had minimal amenities. Hand soap and shower gel. There was not even water. Close to metro station.

An amazing hotel, THUPTEN who works at reception was fantastic and incredibly professional. The customer service was first class. Location and brilliant and the food was great. My wife and I loved it. Thank you so much.

The location is amazing, breakfast is enough and the cleanliness are okay too.

Very nice rooms. The standardrooms are fine for 2 people, the service was very good, the breakfast was 8 euro for adults and 4 euro for children and offers a variary of nice food. The metro is just outside the door and the staff was very helpfull. The beds are amazing, and so is the pillow and dyne It is possible to ask for a bathroom with tub. There´s a few of them, the rest is with a shower.
