The Brazilian housekeeper clean the kitchen is a joke . Rude block the kitchen for her own benefits

綺麗で大きなホステルです。
部屋も綺麗で共用スペースも綺麗です。
が、
キッチンが汚なく、物品も揃っていません。
コップやフォークなどキッチン以外に持ち出す人が多く、朝や夜に行くと物がないことが毎日です。
かなり多くの人がキッチンを使用していましたがスペースも小さいです。
冷蔵庫内も片付けをしていないため
いつのかわからない食品がいっぱいで自分の食品が入れられませんでした。
名前を書くペンなどもありません。
クリーニングするスタッフが廊下で朝から
ふざけ合って写真を撮り合いをして
大騒ぎしているし
受付スタッフは、フレンドリーでもありません。
チェックアウト時に、荷物のロッカーを聞きたいと
話しかけたところで私を遮り、「バイバイ」と投げやりの言い方をし
さっさと行け！の様な態度を取られ、かなり不快でした。
フランス人相手のホステルなら良いでしょうが
世界各国から集まるホステルで
こも態度の悪さに驚きました。
従業員の教育必要ですね！

スタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーで良かったです。
部屋も綺麗でした。
ドライヤーなど貸し出しがもっとスムーズだと楽だなと思いました。
