It is a very beautiful hotel located in a very nice area, I loved our premiere king room as well

Had a business meeting located downtown and the location of the hotel was perfect to allow me to walk and not worry about parking. Great little bar in the lobby. Service was great and everyone was very friendly. The room was very art deco and clean.

The room was amazing, really a stunning décor, spacious and comfortable. The mattress was excellent, insuring a good nights sleep. The team at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. The location was lovely, a beautiful neighborhood, and close to one of our favorite restaurant's, Malbec.

The hotel needs to make an appointment one day in advance for cleaning. We stayed in the hotel for 4 days, but even though we made an appointment every day, the cleaning was not done even once!! Toilet paper and napkins were not enough... The service was a headache The air conditioner was not working well either. The room was not cleaned for 4 days. Imagine the air conditioner was not working well either...

I stayed here for three nights and was totally blown away. Not recommended for the following reasons: 1. Hygienic conditions are very poor. The first two pictures are of the bathroom and floor drain, and the last two pictures are of the actual room and the materials of the bedside table. During my stay, the price was almost 2,000 RMB per night. You can evaluate it yourself. After staying for two nights, there was no cleaning. Then I went to the front desk to ask for cleaning, but it still wasn't done. In the end, I gave my daughter 5 dollars and asked her to ask the front desk again. The front desk collected it instantly, and then I went back to the room at night and found that the cleaning of this hotel was just replacing the garbage. I just gave a few new towels and piled them on the bathroom basin and left. The photos on the official website of this hotel are great. I was also attracted by the photos. But when I came and took a closer look, I found that the carpet in the lobby was very dirty because Americans wear shoes and step on the carpet directly. This is not good for cleaning. The requirements are very high. The hotel doesn't have many cleaning staff at all. Except for a black girl with curly hair, the current employees are all chatting with each other. I didn’t see anyone using notes when asking for guests’ requests, so he was very lazy! 2. Let’s talk about the room: It’s understandable that slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided, but there is not even a cup for drinking water in the room! The cups used to brush my teeth are two disposable plastic cups. Am I staying at a Super 8 hotel on the highway? ? For this facility, Ctrip still charges a deposit of US$150 even if the full payment has been collected. When checking out, they told me that the international credit card will release the deposit and it will take at least one month to arrive. 3. Location: Colorado Boulevard is a main road that is several kilometers long. Most restaurants are located at the end of this road near the old town, opposite the hotel. Therefore, dining around the hotel is not very convenient. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to the old town to eat. When I returned, I found that it was only around 7 pm, and there were regular homeless people sleeping on the street 50 meters away from the hotel, making crazy noises at passers-by. Call….. 4. I booked this hotel through an agent on Ctrip. Because my stay was during the Easter holiday, I placed the order three months in advance. It turned out that the hotel booked so far in advance was thousands of yuan more expensive than the recent price. I went to negotiate with the agent through Ctrip to see if I could exchange it, but of course I was rejected. Well, I agree, but I just want to ask Ctrip, where is your quality control? ? How can such a bad hotel still have high scores on your platform? Are the recommendations and reviews all paid for? ? Finally, let me state one point: there is no problem of poor language expression or communication with the hotel. My daughter grew up studying in the United States and is a native speaker, so this hotel is a perfect choice!

The transportation is convenient. The surrounding subways, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, and pharmacies are all about a 10-minute walk away. The environment is beautiful, the greening is good, and there is no sense of oppression from high-rise buildings.

The accessories for washing your hair are very good, and there is a bar in the front lobby.

The hotel is a renovation of an old building. The house has a sense of age and the lobby has an ancient style. The most puzzling thing is that there is no coffee machine in the room (this is basically a standard feature of American hotels) or other utensils for boiling water. I asked the hotel front desk, and the front desk told me that I could get water from the hot water machine in the hotel gym.

The Constance Dusit Hotel Pasadena is a good hotel in Pasadena. The hotel is in a good location in the center of New Town Pasadena, close to Pasadena City Hall, Caltech, and Pasadena City. The college is not far away. It only takes ten minutes to walk. There is a large supermarket called TARGET at the two intersections to the west of the door, which has all kinds of food and department stores. The two girls at the front desk and the cleaning staff are very friendly. The hotel lobby is decorated in an American pastoral style. There are many old objects inside to introduce the history of Pasadena. The hotel itself is a historical protected cultural relic and was renovated twice. There is a small courtyard on the first floor and a sky swimming pool on the fifth floor. There is a gym, and there are a lot of delicious food near the hotel. There is a Thai restaurant not far to the east, which is very good, and there is ramen, Chinese and Mexican food in the south. In Pasadena, I recommend the Huntington Museum, Pasadena City Hall, Caltech, The Norton Simon Art Museum is very good. I stayed in this hotel for a week this time. I will consider it next time if I go there again. The service is very good and the reviews are great.

1. The location is very convenient, 3 minutes walk to hrc 2. There is basically nothing in terms of facilities, only a refrigerator, no hot water kettle, no coffee machine, no drinking water, no slippers, and no toiletries. 3. The hygiene is not very good. Not only are the stainless steel covered with leeches, but there are also two hairs found in the room. 4. The lobby is very high and the swimming pool looks beautiful, but it is mainly for viewing. It is too small and shallow to really swim. Children can play in the water just fine, and the gym is also very small. 5. The room is not big, but it looks like a four-star standard.

The room is clean and beautiful, a perfect blend of classic and modern! Convenient location!

Amazing hotel with a large blue swimming pool. The price is very suitable for California. The room facilities are complete and it would be better if the bedding could be softer.

There is a swimming pool and gym, but no laundry room in sight. There is a bus station next to Colorado and a commercial area to the west. Walking distance to Caltech.
