I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.   This place is unbelievably bad. How it is allowed to be trading beats me. I made the costly mistake of booking this monstrosity so we could attend the Hella Mega Tour at the London Stadium. I booked via hotels.com which I’ve never had a problem with before this visit. We arrived and had a bad feeling from being outside. I went in and dreaded my Mrs coming inside due to the smell and general run down mess inside. I reluctantly checked in (as we had 40 mins to get to the event) then my other half came in. Her face said it all. I decided to check the room out and give the entrance the benefit of the doubt.  This is where I really wish I didn’t. The room was minging. We were immediately punched in the face by the smell of smoke, which was overwhelming.  The chair was broken and falling apart. The bed was filthy. There were 2 uneven steps through to what was a kitchen area, which was dangerous.  There were broken drawers, an electric cable hanging from an old extraction fan which I guess used to belong to the missing oven. The curtain looked like some used toilet roll after a no2.  The toilet seat was broken and fell off. The general mess and stains were just terrible. The Fire escape next to the room was blocked. We didn’t feel safe so we went upstairs to cancel the booking. We were told we would not get a refund of £300 as we had cancelled. I took it up with hotels.com and they added salt to the wound. Agreeing that is was unsafe and disgusting after seeing the photos that I had taken. They (call handler & manager) admitted that they wouldn’t have stayed and they felt sorry for me. I was offered a ‘good will’ gesture of a £50 voucher! This was upped to a £100 voucher! Now I’m no mathematician, but spending £300 for a service which was unsafe and inhabitable and being offered £100 back was the straw that broke the camels back. I’m a British Army veteran of 11 years. I’ve stayed in some pretty nasty places. This is worse!   DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!!

I booked this hotel last year as needed a hotel near Abba Arena for location ….. but silly me didn’t think to read reviews 🫤 we finally found it after going the other one to be told we were nearly another mile up the road! We checked in and reluctantly paid as we needed to get to the concert !  We asked the man in reception where to go for the tube etc … he just shook his head and made out he didn’t know!  We were in room 113 walked up the stairs very old fashioned and dirty  red carpet and stained walls got to our room and ut literally had a double bed in and a single bed  The shower room was awful just a plug hole in the middle with a toilet and sink !   We were woken this morning at 7.30 by someone knocking on the door ??  Presume it was another guest the walls were so thin !   Luckily we took baby wipes so had those to freshen up as just wanted to get out of there  We went downstairs to check out and there was no one at the desk just a man lying on a leather sofa with a fleece over him.  He was the reception man … my husband went to give him the key and he just grunted and pointed at the desk ! I cannot say one good thing about this place it is disgusting and shouldn’t be allowed to rent out rooms especially at such high prices !!   We have stayed at many places and this has got to be the worst !! AVoid at all costs please it’s awful
