Perfect location for a hotel. We loved our stay here at The Heritage Hotel. Lovely buffet breakfast. Thank you to Duty Manager Ramy who kindly helped us during our stay. The food not that lavish enough for its price is ok but will definitely comeback here with the kids. Staffs are very friendly and warm. The room is great!

Easy to access location, The room and food was good. Staffs are accommodating hope there is a bidet on their toilet :) thanks :)

Affordable, good amenities, spacious room but old, breakfast buffet was good! Coffee was great! Just a few km away from the airport!

The hotel room is good, big enough for two people. Location z so is convinient and close by the mall of Asia . I like the hotel foot massage and basic pedicure in the B1 , but pedicure is simple without foot soak in the water, without pedicure massage chair . the worker are very friendly. Will come back again . Thanks !

This hotel seriously needs a major upgrade. It is a pity because the service and food is great! I wish that they could level up the aesthetics, change and upgrade their furniture, replace carpets, have bidets in their room toilets and functioning thermostat in all their A/C units.

The hotel is a little old,but so far it's clean and the staffs are friendly

We loved the room size it’s quite huge and toilet too, the ambiance was wonderful and sorrounding very clean . If we have chance to stay again we will loved too. All the employee was very polite.

Some of the wooden fixtures need repair. There were areas that need extra cleaning especially the stains and molds on the wooden parts of the room including the cabinets and the comfort room. The sheets on the other hand were fresh and clean and were replaced on a daily basis. The staff were courteous and friendly.

Nearby Mall of Asia and provides free shuttle. Food is good with lots of traditional Filipino food and the bread are delicious. Restaurant staff is nice and can provide other food if available (we asked for the fruit that was served the day before and also for more cinnamon). Rooms are ok but the bathtub is old and not that clean. Price of the breakfast was higher than what was posted but after discussion with the staff, they agreed to charge us based on what was posted. Swimming pool is under renovation so it was a bit crowded when we visited. Overall, a good stay.
