I booked 2 Deluxe Room with Sea View for 2 nights at 5,500 THB/room/night. Location: This hotel is located in Naklua District. Hotel is private with beautiful design but the beach is very dirty. Hotel Facility: There are pool, small fitness, small library room full with many interesting books and green garden. Pool is beautiful but it's chlorine pool which is irritating to the skin which made us able to swim and relax in the pool only in a short time. Room: Room is beautiful with window bay view which made us able to take wide sea view but the view of the beach is very dirty. Breakfast is very excellence with many choices but it's the same menu for both day that I stayed there. Service is poor. Bellboy, reception frowned to guests and did not provide good service. But staff at the breakfast room is very nice and helpful. I though this hotel is not valuable enough comparing to the price.

I would like to recommend this hotel for who want to travel and stay in Pattaya. A room is very comfortable with full facilities. Swimming pool is big. This hotel is close to the beach. And their breakfast is great.

Recommend for breakfast so amazing a lot of prawn i take and other also cool and fascinating room is quiet good but some room also just renovate and high humidity in room but overall is pretty good

Additionally, while the overall service was excellent, there were occasional lapses in housekeeping timings which might be a point of note for some guests. Overall, Navana Nature Escape is a wonderful choice if you're seeking a serene getaway with exceptional food, especially the breakfasts. It provides a perfect backdrop for relaxation and a culinary journey that can cater to the most discerning palates.

I don’t think we would stay there again. The first hotel room they gave us smelled really back of foist, damp and old towels. When showering the room would fill up with condensation on the walls, the floor and everything that was out. We asked to be moved to another room which they did and apologised (fair enough). The second room we were offered had a really bad smell of foist, mould and damp (see attached images). If paying 500 baht for a room per night I would expect and be ok with that but as we paid 3000+ baht per night then I would atleast expect no mould or damp foisty smells. The Third room was also the same and tired and needs a good painting, the fourth room was about as close as we were going to get, not much of a bad smell so we took it. Normally with some issues like this the management would offer something to compensate for the inconvenience and time wasted changing rooms late at night etc but they offered nothing and didn’t ask if we were happy or anything. On summery the rooms are a bit old and outdated needing a good paint, there’s no extraction to pull all the damp air out of the roo Or supply the room with fresh air etc this the foist and damp. Plus point was the hotel grounds were quiet and relaxing and the breakfast was pretty good with a wide selection. The staff could have been a bit more interested in making sure guests were happy and not just walk people to their rooms. Maybe it’s ok for some people but I’ve had better standards from significantly cheaper rooms. I do hope they improve as the hotel could be so much better if updated and some training given to staff.

Locally owned hotel. Stayed in the Deluxe room type. The room is pretty spacious, but not well cleaned. The room plan is a bit odd. The furniture is not matched. The bed is very comfortable, but beware of that edge. I stubbed my toe there. And the hanging lamp, I hit it almost every time I get off the bed. There is a wide tube but the drain doesn't work well. Breakfast is outstanding. Highlight menus include shrimp cocktail, river prawn tomyum, river prawn with tamarind sauce, pork rib bbq, beef stir fry in oyster sauce, rice noodles in coconut milk. Restaurant staff are very friendly and attentive. The beach is not suitable for swimming even at high tide, when low tide there is a lot of junk and waste on beach. Facilities are limited. A small gym with a couple treadmill and steam room. There's a lounge and a mini-business center. My recommendation is that if you get a great deal and enjoy seafood for breakfast, you should stay at this hotel.

Best breakfast in Pattaya!! Hotel's vibe is really good with beach and pool. Decoration and architecture were thoughtfully built. Staffs are friendly. However, the amenities were far below 5 stars standard. Quality is too low. Location is a bit far from Pattaya downtown.
