Very nice spacious room with great design. Swimming pool view. There is a nice kitchen with pans, pots and plates. Very clean and cozy.

Keep in mind that upon check-in you will be charged 500 baht for cleaning, there is no information about this in the booking. It was unpleasant to find out, because everything was already paid for in advance in the application and we did not plan to spend cash on cleaning.
The apartment is good. There are cutlery and a breakfast table on the balcony. View of the pool, opposite not an apartment, but an office.
It’s not close to the center, about 20 minutes by bike; if you rent there for a short period of time, you’ll have to choose transport. Tuk-tuks practically do not travel.

Except for a little twists and turns when checking in, everything else is fine. Life is quite convenient, every building has security guards, very safe. The facilities are perfect and the swimming pool is downstairs.

Nothing worked
Nothing worked, no AC , no WiFi and nobody to speak with. Felt unsafe and left.

Nice and clean room. Refrigerator, micro, water cooker, water supplied daily. Attentive staff. Beautiful pool area with several pools. This is kind of far from restaurants or cafe's. We found a small outdoor market the first night where we ate. The second night we took a Grab car towards the beach. Ate at the Tulip, good. The bar next door Wombat & Kiwi had karaoke with 2 of their staff singing that brought tears to my eyes.
