It it reasonable price. If you drive a car by yourself, the car parking has a limited space!

Bad room condition and worst attentive service ever!! Start since arrival, we arrive to check in with 4 staff at counter but none of them greeting us until we ask where should we check in. However, staff still tried to ask each other and seem not ready to service. First room that we have checked in the room condition was very bad with poor cleanliness (as picture attached), we asked staff to change the room immediately. However, the second room still very dirty. We tried to ask better room as we didn't expected big room or nice view, just need the room is clean but staff informed that the better room will have extra fee. Finally, we accepted to pay extra charge for better room. However, we still found the stain on pillow case for both beds (as attached). We give up to provide feedback due to it seem they didn't care it and won't recommend to anyone to stay with thia hotel again. You can find better room quality and service with same price with another hotel nearby.

My favorite hotel in Pattaya. I stay at GLOW Pattaya every time I visit Sin City. The location is great, quiet, and within walking distance of the beach. The staff is great and the breakfast is a must-try…I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. The only downside is paying for breakfast for 2 people whereas the room is meant for 2 people…that’s incorrect. Online breakfast is for 2 people, but paying offline the same amount only covers 1 person. WHY IS THAT???

This is the perfect hotel for me and is my go to location if I’m staying in Pattaya. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are always friendly. Anne, the front desk manager was especially helpful with my booking. Thee’s no smoking allowed in the rooms but each room has a small balcony to accommodate smokers. It’s a good walk if you frequently go to the Beach Rd. area. All in all 5 STARS!

My first time in Pattaya Thailand and Glow hotel was pretty cool. The location is excellent. Your pretty much close to everything. I liked that there was a 24 hour gym a block away. The cleanness of the hotel was average but the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly. There is a roof top pool and Cafe on the 2nd floor. I actually liked my room alot. I had a king bed with a balcony.

Good food friendly service, but people smoke ***** in the hotel, can smell the smoke on the corridor

Location near bali hai pier, near 7.11, large and clean swimming pool. Rooms are clean, quiet, spacious family connecting rooms. There are many Vietnamese and Indian tourists staying at good prices. The toilet was clogged that day even though no one threw trash in, the drain smelled, need to improve

Hotel located in town, not near beach but we want a decent one with good room and facilities. Staff got connecting rooms for us in which it is so convenient for both rooms. Swimming pool is great, offer happy hours drinks and BBQ foods with cheap prices. However, there are many Indian swimming around the pool and took owner of the pool until we gave up and not want to be around swimming pool anymore.
