The hotel is not in the best location of Pattaya. the room is clean and nice. The pool is nice too to make photos and videos but not to relax, the water have a lot of pigeon feathers and chlorine which make difficult to take a swim and open your eyes under water. The price online is not all what you have to pay. When you arrive there you still have to pay 400 bhat to make the check in and you need to leave 1000 bhat as deposit. They only accept cash.

Good clean and convenient

The room is big enough for couple and with complete amenities inside the room. Thr pool is amazing though we didn't had the chance to use it. The hassle only was the check in, because the details wasn't complete about which tower or room no and floor. And can't understand English. But the location was great. Lots of street foods and bars and just in front of the beach. Easy access in everyday needs specially when you rent motorcycle it's more convenient for 300Batts a day. Wonderful experienced on my pre birthday celebration. Thank you.

Room space look differ from picture, actual room view is smaller. Bathroom does not support with heat water would be very troublesome for morning and evening bath….. Location is strategic and near 7/11 open 24 hrs.

Before booking, you should check carefully that there is an additional 400 baht to pay before staying. The room is a bit narrow compared to the price. The furniture is old. The air conditioner is old. It smells musty. The curtains do not block the light. The sun shines since 7 am. There is a good security guard. There is a large swimming pool.

The room is clean. There is no musty smell as seen in the reviews. I'm secretly worried too. I'm not sure because I reserved 2 bedrooms or not. Got a room on the 6th floor, security guard ok, very difficult to contact staff before staying. Accommodation not far from the beach, quiet and peaceful.
