It took almost two hours and ended up in a strange place; I took a motorcycle taxi later, and the guy told me that according to the address provided, it was indeed more than five kilometers away from the hotel! After struggling for a long time in the rain, walking and walking, we finally found the hotel! What's annoying is that it's actually within 500 meters of Pattaya North Bus Station (that is, the central station to Bangkok) in a straight line! The information provided by the platform that the train station is 1 km away seems to be copied from Google Maps. There is no train station in Pattaya! The closest one is the Northern Bus Station! Because of this incident, the appointment time for going to the real estate center in the afternoon was delayed, so I had to change the time. This matter was very angry, but after communicating with Ctrip customer service, she treated me so positively and enthusiastically that I couldn’t be angry anymore! But Ctrip, we have to check every address carefully, otherwise it will be a huge trap for most guests! But compared to other users who complain that Ctrip is not responsible for this matter, I feel the same way. Basically, every time I encounter a problem, we can basically communicate and solve it. This is the reason why I have not given up on Ctrip after more than 20 years! Environment: The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good and quiet. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the central bus station and is very convenient to Bangkok/BKK Airport. However, it is still quite a distance from the beach to terminal 21, so those seeking seaside accommodation should consider it carefully. Facilities: The most comfortable bed in the whole trip! The room is certainly worth the price! Very good value for money! Hygiene: Well done! Service: I didn’t have much contact with the front desk, but after hearing about my taxi-hailing experience, they confirmed that they had indeed not marked the accurate information on several major taxi-hailing platforms, so that they could not really locate it, so they kept saying sorry! The room service staff will also greet people warmly when they see you! Because it is a newly opened hotel, I hope it won't be like other hotels of the same brand that get worse reputation the more they do it.

Always a great stay here, had a great start to my holiday staying at this hotel. For a safe bet to start here would be great and you won’t be disappointed. I don’t complain much, just doesn’t have a balcony. Great swimming, good beds. Overall good.

This is our first time to stay in this hotel. The location is good, just about 10 minutes walk to Terminal 21, where one can find restaurants, shops and entertainments. The hotel room was spacious, tidy and clean. The lobby is decorated beautifully, there are also small restaurants, massages adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast was simple but reasonable in considering the price of this hotel. SInce this hotel is not big, thus the breakfast place is not crowded.

Positive : Walking distance from the bus terminal. The room is spacious and clean for the price. Very quiet, perfect for a good sleep. Polite front desk employees. Negative : Nothing around the hotel area, not even a 7-11 Not close to the beach areas. Only good for those driving a car. Very dark outside the hotel area at night. Conclusion : You get what you pay for, cannot complain too much. Go Grande Centre Pointe or Hilton if you have the budget.

Impressed from the time calling to inquire about the room on the night 31 Dec whether there are rooms or not, how many people, how much price, very detailed explanation and speak well until booking a room. Ask the number of people and the little children until the day of CI, the Front staff are very cute, speak well, work quickly, clean rooms, soft bed, clean, lean to the balcony. While going to Chen School, it is very dirty, asking for travel destinations, it is good to recommend. Can tell complete information, breakfast, aunt, housekeeper, very cute, talk, help pick up things because we are small, delicious food, medium taste, children can eat.

Nice location in Pattaya. Good breakfast. The bed is so adorable it’s not too soft and too hard, so comfortable. I really love the bed in Best Western. Anyway, it’s good for family not for a couple but still love it.

We booked three suites with ocean views for a two-night stay, but the layout of the hotel caused some inconvenience. Since each floor only had two suite rooms, we were split across different floors, making it difficult to move between our rooms. Adding to this, the elevator stops were tied to our room keys, further restricting our access. On the positive side, the room design was modern and well-equipped, with ample air conditioning and breathtaking, unobstructed views of Pattaya Bay from the balcony. The 1.5-meter glass railing on the balcony provided a safe and pleasant space to enjoy the sun and sea breeze with a beer. The 63-square-meter rooms felt quite spacious, and the bathrooms were a highlight, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows for an amazing ocean view while bathing. However, there were some shortcomings in the hotel's service and amenities. The control panel by the bed only had a USB port on one side and a single master power button, which was inconvenient. Additionally, despite our rooms being cleaned daily, the bed linens were not changed. Most disappointingly, when we requested to check out two rooms early (at 10:30 AM) on the day of departure, while keeping one room until 2 PM, the hotel refused, citing a full booking for the day. This was a major inconvenience, especially for the elderly members of our party, who had to wait in the lobby until the 2 PM . This level of inflexibility was surprising, as we have not experienced such issues at other international hotel chains like Four Seasons, Siam Kempinski, or even the Hilton in Pattaya, where guests are typically accommodated for early checkouts or late checkouts. Overall, while the room facilities and ocean views were impressive, the lack of service flexibility and attention to guest needs was a significant letdown, highlighting the difference between this local hotel and the standards of international luxury brands.”

We have selected this resort for its location due to the convenience spot in Pattaya. Then we realized when we arrived that they just renovated the whole resort with the new management. The resort seems simple and cozy. The staff are very friendly. The room is so nice and spacious. We stay in an attached Villa next to the swimming pool. Breakfast was enough and good to start the day with your choice of set menu. Finally, we left this resort with an impressive experience and decided to return.

The hotel looks grand from the outside with a water feature at the front and carriage drive entrance. The reception area is spacious. Reception staff are helpful, efficient and serves with a smile. We were given a room on the 12th floor. The room is very spacious, clean and a private balcony with a lovely view of part of the city plus seaview too. This hotel is centrally located to all amenities such as shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is included with our deal. There is varieties but choices of fruits is limited to pineapple & watermelon only which is a shame as local fruits are in abundance here.
