Pros: Serene and tranquil resort surrounded by lots of greenery. Spacious rooms with balcony. Extremely comfortable Twin Beds with firm mattress & pillows that provided amazing back support! 3 awesome tennis courts to play at, however some reconstruction on the court surface is needed. Beautiful pool to relax and enjoy. Cons: No one attended to us when we arrived at the resort. Had to carry our own luggages into hotel lobby and approach the concierge for check in. Unhelpful and uncaring reception. Fittings and fixtures in the room and bathroom needs to be fixed or upgraded. Should install electric sockets and USB/Type-C charging stations beside the bed. Housekeeping requires better improvement

Garden Cliff is right next to a picturesque rocky beach, making it a prime location. Although the hotel itself may appear slightly dated, the rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The dining experience was satisfactory, without any extravagant offerings, but the coffee surpassed expectations. The pool is stunning and provides a delightful opportunity to relax and take a refreshing swim while enjoying the beachside ambience. Additionally, there is a small sandy area adjacent to the beach, which I found preferable to the stony beach nearby. The hotel boasts magnificent views of the beach, truly setting it apart from others.

The hotel is full of tourists. It seem to be very popular with family type of like myself. The breakfast is excellent. We have a great time staying in this hotel. Room was clean and facilities is well furnished.I would sincerely recommend others to stay here

The hotel is new but then the facilities maintenance can do better, the shower temperature is not that responsive Rooftop pool is great place to relax Buffet breakfast is very nice and a great selection there

The rooms are in need of major refurbishment, old and worn out. Everything didn't seem to work. We checked into a family room and did an inspection. -toilet bowl had a stench when opened up the cover -towels fell off the rack and were in the bathtub -both tvs didn't work and needed to call maintenance to come up -hair were found on the old hotel phone -stains all over the couch Plus side -hotel amenities such as gym and pool were good -shuttle to terminal 21 -checkin process was good and the manager made us feel at home I made this booking in a hurry and didn't do enough research and regret instantly

1. Check in process was not as smooth as expected. 3 staffs were at the check in counter and 2 were not doing anything. I was standing in the queue for 5 mins before someone approached me and requested for my passport. Then followed by another 5 mins wait. Welcome drink was super refreshing and tasty! 2. Rooms are clean in general but I noticed that the house keeping staff did not clean the bathtub everyday!!! They did change the towel, make the bed etc but 100% did not wash and clean the bathtub which is unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel 3. Ordered a bottle of wine and fries at the roof top bar, the fries was soggy and salty, wine didn’t taste good either. Items are way too overpriced!! THB200 for a small cup of hot Americano. 4. Really love the pool (with jacuzzi) and view from the rooftop. But security is concerning because you don’t need to tap the room card to access any floors. Possibly people who are not staying in this hotel can access the rooftop and use the pool? Not sure how they check about this. 5. Love the hotel bed and pillows so much! It’s super comfortable and we had a great rest every night! 6. Requested for high floor and quiet room but we were given low floor (level 13) without them even trying to accommodate my request. Booked via trip.com which comes with free late checkout but was informed by the hotel checkin staff that i must check out by 12pm.

We stayed 2 nights in this place the 1st night was fantastic, but in 2nd night I was not able to sleep properly we walk up at the middle of the night someone knocking at our door 3 times and its to loud...we heard commotion outside in our hallway someone's fighting thier voice was loud and door was banging. I was scared and worried specilly we have baby with us and walking up of the noise too. I told my husband no matter what don't open the door. The good things after an hour the hallway was silent again. But then I can't sleep back as it is. Overall very nice locations.

Front desk service was superb! Arrived at around 11.45am and was told that our room was not ready yet so instead, the kind front desk lady (didn't managed to catch her name) gave us a temporary card to access the pool, gym & entertainment area. Our room was ready approximately 45mins later. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room apart from the flies coming in from the balcony when we open the sliding door. The location of the hotel is also very centralised to many attractions and close enough to the beach. Terminal 21 Pattaya is also located right below the hotel.

The hotel is amazing in door atmosphere is very nice relax and chill. All the staff are friendly. The location is great walking distance to the shopping mall, night market and especially to the beach. One thing I think need to improve is the shower temperature is not stable.

Resort is situated perfectly. The facilities and rooms are fantastic…. The pool is sensational, size, location and actual pool bar…! The staff are the friendliest, most respectful, courteous and hard working you will find anywhere. Nothing is ever a bother and always looked after with a smile..! Matt the manager is great and a help at all times!
