Extremely satisfied with their service and hospitality, especially services given by Milan and Dichen. Food was also delicious and appreciable. One of the best hotel in Sikkim. We were provided with a very warm stay. I recommend others as well to come and try staying here.

Old setup of light and everything. The room was clean; the bathroom was also clean. Staff behaviour is good. As per room condition rate is costly.

The hotel was nice and location was very good. We could see kanchenjunga in the morning. The bed was a little bit disappointing because it made noise whenever we used to sit on it. The staff were good and their breakfast and dinner was delicious.

Property location: excellent with clear view of the mountain range, and if sky is clear can clearly view kanchenzonga range from room. Food: decent. Since it is a jain hotel will only find veg items. Food price is in medium range. Amenities: geyser present, additional heater service can be availed at additional price, heating kettle and self-making tea and coffee satchets are available, some basic bathroom items like towel, soap, body moisturizer, shampoo, etc. Available. Services: good staff behaviour. Additional: they also have generators and water pumping utilities to support 24x7 water and electricity supplies but since it is in hilltop, frequent current fluctuations may occur and it may switch off the heating geyser.
