The service is good. You can book a free pick-up service from the airport to the hotel. The buffet in the evening is not bad, but there are few types of meat and seafood. In addition, when taking a shower, water easily splashes onto the floor outside the bathtub and causes water accumulation. I strongly hope that it can be improved.

I spent an extra NT$300 to get a double bed room, and overall I'm quite satisfied. The breakfast and BBQ are delicious, and the service staff are very nice. The swimming pool is also highly recommended.

I have heard for a long time that the breakfast is super rich. I felt very good after checking in. The diverse breakfast types made me want to eat more.

Clean and tidy. The sauna and oven are separated for men and women. The location is a little far from the city, the tourist center and Port 3. The airport pick-up service is good. It is recommended to provide bicycle or electric car rental services.

The opening hours for breakfast are inconsistent. When we checked in, the counter staff told us that the time would start at 6:00 in the morning. Since we had a business relationship, we had to get up early and set off to the restaurant. After arriving at the restaurant, the service staff told us that the time would not start until 6:30. This was different from what the counter staff told us. There were still several groups at the time. It can be seen that it was not me who misremembered the time when the guest arrived, but it was a problem with the hotel that left us with no time to dine. The hotel needs to pay attention to this aspect to avoid causing loss of rights and inconvenience to customers.
