Fantastic hotel. Great price, location, pool and great service.

Recommended with a good standard in the city. A little more back office would be desirable.

The hotel is a chain hotel and maintains the image of a chain hotel. I asked in advance to set up a bed for the child and a high floor, everything was done without additional charges. Breakfast is standard, but it’s strange that an omelet is fried for an extra charge. It would be interesting to come back in the summer and see the pool area.

Located in the center, the rooms are cleaned well, the breakfast is a decent choice, the pool is pleasant, but the staff in the lobby seems to be friendly, but not helpful, the waiter in the restaurant is generally disappointed, does not know the wine list, asked if there was semi-dry wine, they said there was, but they brought dry , asked for white, brought red, at the bar asked what they could do quickly, the answer is - look at the menu .. how much does a cappuccino cost, also look at the menu .. strange, it seems like they should try to earn money, but somehow everyone is without enthusiasm, the overall impression is positive, but the service is not up to the expected in the chain hotel.

The hotel was fine and so was the breakfast. There was plenty of choice. The room on the fourth floor was a bit on the small side and very noisy due to the raging traffic. All in all, a great hotel with a convenient location!

The hotel is very good, located in the city center. Standard room, large double bed, table, chairs, wardrobe, tea and coffee set, necessary accessories in the bathroom. We booked this particular hotel so that, in addition to excursions in the morning and evening, we could use the pool. But it's a shame that in the morning he starts working only from 10 o'clock, it's late, it would be possible at least from eight o'clock. Everything else is good, I recommend.

The food in the restaurant was delicious, the air conditioning in the room was weak, it was stuffy. In the confirmation received from TRIP.COM, my booking included breakfast for 3x hotel guests. The hotel itself said that my reservation was without breakfast and could not solve this problem for a long time.

we stayed 13 nights, room was clean and room service was great stuff were very helpful, polite and kind especially cristina , she was really helpful and kind, pool is very clean and beautiful space gym it's ok but can be a little better with add some new things breakfast it's good but after 4 days it was repeated, i think breakfast should be better the location is great , you can walk in 5 min and reach republic square only bad things i saw , out room near stuff room in third floor and they had a lot of noise on the morning certainly i will visit this hotel again, it's best choice in summer

Hello, my wife and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Breakfast was good. Polite staff. Excellent access to various places in the city. There is a great green area around the hotel. I suggest that you go to this hotel if you travel to Yerevan. Tankyo

After a flight with a delay of 6 hours, we arrived at the hotel at 1 am. The very warm and smiling welcome (Ms. Srbuhi) gave us positive energy and eliminated this fatigue. The room we stayed in was on the 5th floor (504), very quiet, with windows opening onto the hotel's outdoor pool. It has an air conditioning system that provides maximum comfort The room is quite tidy with tea and coffee facilities, mini bar which was enough for us. All appliances were charged daily and towels were changed. Excellent breakfast table with a lot of variety (every day you will have a variety of options other than fixed choices); And "Vincent Lobby Bar" which has a very lovely environment with magical bartenders who show you the beauty of Yerevan. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is a ten minute walk to Republic Square, which is an important advantage. I have nothing to say except to thank the hotel staff who made a beautiful trip and a memorable memory of Yerevan for us. Be sure to choose.it is clean.have nice wine and coffee. Staff are polite. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was nice. Near to main street..you can walk to resturants. And many places. Use gg taxi to go to anywhere. Accent resturant in hotel was good.
