The hotel is in a good location near the very center of Yerevan - our windows overlooked the park and the Ministry of Justice. Triple 311 is quite acceptable in size for a family of 3 (2 adults and a 6-year-old child). The staff is very friendly, answered all questions. We did not take breakfast, because there are many options in cafes and restaurants around.

The territory is looked after very well, in the evening they clean the pool area, vacuum, etc. Breakfasts are a solid 5! The room itself is already quite tired. The window in our room overlooked the wall of another building, which you can almost reach with your hand. But the bed linen is good. The pillows and mattress are comfortable. As for the recreation area with the pool. We were very surprised that they did not let us in with berries! We had raspberries and blackberries with us. They said that you can't bring your own food, only order something in their restaurant. But they don't have berries! Of course, we didn't understand this, but they took the berries from us. Also, there are a lot of people in the pool, because you can come "from the street" and buy a ticket to the pool. In general, for this price you can find a better option. We will definitely not go there a second time.

The hotel is a chain hotel and maintains the image of a chain hotel. I asked in advance to set up a bed for the child and a high floor, everything was done without additional charges. Breakfast is standard, but it’s strange that an omelet is fried for an extra charge. It would be interesting to come back in the summer and see the pool area.

The hotel was fine and so was the breakfast. There was plenty of choice. The room on the fourth floor was a bit on the small side and very noisy due to the raging traffic. All in all, a great hotel with a convenient location!

The food in the restaurant was delicious, the air conditioning in the room was weak, it was stuffy. In the confirmation received from TRIP.COM, my booking included breakfast for 3x hotel guests. The hotel itself said that my reservation was without breakfast and could not solve this problem for a long time.
