The rooms located in the main building have everything listed in the room description: 2 beds, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle, shower, hair dryer, etc. The rooms located in the building (entrance from the yard) are simpler, but also correspond to the room description, there is no refrigerator, TV, but there are 2 beds, air conditioning (not in all), kettle, shower without hair dryer (you can ask for a hair dryer at the reception), if necessary, you can use the shared refrigerator at the reception. The rooms are simpler and the price is lower. So everyone will find a room for themselves according to their budget. The room can be booked with or without breakfast. Breakfast can be bought on site. Breakfast is a buffet, a variety of dishes. The hotel cafe is very cozy, a varied menu, you can have lunch, dinner. MIR cards are accepted for payment. At the reception they greet you warmly, with a smile. They help to solve any issues, they speak Russian. They help with the delivery of luggage to the room and back. From/to Zvartnots airport 20 minutes by taxi. The hotel is located not far from the city center, you can walk, the Ararat brandy factory is nearby. I recommend this hotel!"
