A very cozy hotel near the metro. It was beautifully decorated for the New Year. All the amenities were in the room (tea, hairdryer, slippers, refrigerator). The staff was polite, always helpful and helpful, offering recommendations on interesting places and cafes, and even preparing a packed lunch for the trip. They also brightened our mood with a little surprise on our last day. I highly recommend it!

I didn't like the hotel. It's not three stars, but a stretch. First, they showed us to a room with two twin beds. It smelled strongly of sewage, the neighbors were loud, and you could constantly hear water running somewhere. When I asked if they could put us in a more private room without the loud neighbors or the sound of running water, and with a shared bed for a couple, they said they had a room. Then we went out into the hallway, and the manager stood there silently, saying all the rooms were occupied. It felt like the hotel was empty. The manager said we could pay extra and get a better room on the second floor. Of course, for my own convenience, I paid the extra. I think this is a scam, and that's what I fell for. The better room smelled of sewage, and the ergonomics were terrible: to get to the shower, you literally had to step over the toilet! A masterstroke of engineering. Why no one thought of this when designing the hotel and fixed it is beyond me. We barely made it there for two days and then left for another hotel. At checkout, they charged us more—for bottled water at the bar, which I hadn't even realized was a paid service. The price for the bar was hidden in a drawer. But the prices also looked as if you could use the bar for free, and if you wanted extra water, you'd have to pay. Such greed outraged me. And this is a three-star hotel. I don't recommend it. The entire room is unsuitable for ergonomics; everything is broken, chipped, and shabby. For some reason, they have some complicated constructions in the video of wooden squares on the wall next to the TV. Why did they even bother with such a complex renovation? They would have been better off focusing on ergonomics and good design of the room itself, but with a simpler renovation.

Even though it's a hostel, everything was spotless. The cleaning lady is very attentive and responsive, and I personally saw how carefully and cleanly she does the laundry, so you can draw your own conclusions about the rest. The guy at the reception was also very polite; he checked me in earlier than scheduled at my request, for which I'm especially grateful.

Towels cost extra. The shower curtains are covered in black mold, and the floors are incredibly dirty everywhere – from the reception area to the rooms, including the toilets and showers. You could maybe stay for one night at most, but no longer, because it's hard to get any sleep. The capsules creak loudly with every touch or whenever someone turns over, and you can hear it throughout the whole room. There's also absolutely no soundproofing, so you hear every little noise. The reception staff, however, are excellent. We were greeted by a kind Slavic guy who was friendly and explained everything, and a helpful Armenian man saw us off. He told us that the hostel would be renovated soon and would become very cozy. I have absolutely no complaints about the reception staff; they were great, and I give them a special thanks for their efforts 👍
