AAleksei DIncredibly friendly staff! We were given a late check-out free of charge and without our requests, which greatly simplified our transfer in Yerevan - special thanks for this! The rooms are clean and spacious. The food in room service is delicious. The hotel is located right on one of the main streets of Yerevan - we had time to sleep and walk around the center during our visit. Happy with the accommodation!

GGuest UserA wonderful hotel, not far from the center of Yerevan. The staff is very responsive, when help was needed, they not only explained, but did everything they could and really helped! Delicious breakfasts, cookies and fruits in the lobby. I would like to separately note the pool, jacuzzi and hamam. There is a beauty salon and spa area, a gym, restaurants and cafes. I definitely recommend it

AArthurioThe hotel is located in a quiet place, although not far from the central square. The rooms are not so many, so very comfortable. The room is clean, everything worked. Cleaning is honest, water was enough. Tomorrow is very worthy, juices and fruits are, baking is always different and very delicious. Four or five churchhells have been smiling especially in the evening. Sometimes I have been using the pool. Individual thanks to girls with the resepshne for helping to solve personal issues with obtaining documents in the state bodies of the RA. Never thought, What the regular (it turns out that unusual) hotel staff can provide such troubleshooting. What do we do without you? Thank you again for support. The hotel manager can be proud of such staff. Service and hospitality – is not a advertising slogan in your company. Where to stay next time in Yerevan? Why look for something if there is a Central Hotel...

GGuest UserVery nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother

SShailiThe outdoor waterpark is not working even though the weather was warm and that was kinda disappointing for us because thats the most important reason we book this hotel and we arrived then we found out it’s unavailable now they should write in app and inform this before someone book and the room service was coming every other day but overall our stay is good.

RRainy89The hotel is near Yerevan University. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the socialist ladder. Along the road is the presidential palace (possible) and the embassy district. The buildings are very beautiful.
Hotel service is very warm. When we arrived, the room was not good. The front desk invited us to sit on the sofa and provided us with free drinks. No matter what coffee or juice is made for you. I thought I was going to pay.
The hotel is a boutique hotel, not a large chain hotel, but the boss (manager) is very attentive. Although the breakfast cannot be as large as the chain hotel, we ate for 4 days. Every day, there is a new dish that is not heavy. The front desk and the service staff say hello every time they meet. Very friendly Okay.
Seeing the waiter cleaning is also meticulous. When entering the room, I specially touched every grid in the closet. There is no dust. Generally, many hotels are surface engineering.
