GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location near the republic square, the service is great, shops and stores are a walking distance. All city attraction are 10-15min from the hotel. The staff is great, i asked for a late checkout it was so easy, they were very welcoming.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a nice hotel and is located in a very close location.
Despite the high potential of the hotel, there were some criticisms:
- on the first day we found out the clothes we used in the box and on the other day a piece wet on the cottage;
- at breakfast there was almost nothing to eat (30 minutes were still missing at the end); we had to complain and the next day things improved;
- the room temperature was not well adjustable;
- at the SPA at 21:00, we did not find towels and Turkish sauna and bathroom were not well functioning (the first had no indoor light and the second was not warm enough).
Despite complaints, the hotel manager didn't think he would honour us for something to apologize in any way, but he just tried to solve the problems (not always successfully).
Attention to the details and customer care to review!

GGuest UserVery nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother

GGuest UserVery large hotel. Very clean, friendly staff will to engage. Very professional and helpful Receptionist. It's a bit of a distance to down Town, but plenty of taxies, cheap and reliably. Did not use the spay or Pool. I would stay again when in Yaravan.

GGuest UserHotel is good and modern. It is in a pedestrian walk from the Republic Square, 15 minutes. There are all necessary: shops and pharmacies nearby.
The room is good, everything is there. Breakfast is good too.
The only minus: When the settlement tried to take more than we should, the staff member did not carry out an audit and therefore more nights were shown. And then gave the keys to the room where it was not removed.
In the rest everything is good
