Amazing
SSergei KharitonovGreat hotel at the heart of Yerevan.
It’s 5 star with vintage charm!
Classic hotel with perfect service!
There’s SPA with Thai massage experience, price is low for that quality! We have great experience with wife!
Breakfast is also good, don’t be shy ask the staff about additional dishes. It’s free and you can get scrambled eggs or omelette with vegetables and it’s also free. Buffet is good too.
YYahia TSLH is a fantastic hotel chain. This hotel is good, but you don't feel that it's a luxury hotel despite it being very chic and beautiful. The service didn't match the expectations and standards set by my stays in SLH hotels around the world.
KKristineee___Overall, I really liked the hotel!
The exterior and reception area are very beautiful and modern.
The rooms are good, clean, and cozy.
You'll have to walk a bit to get to the metro.
The only thing I didn't like was the meager breakfast. I feel that the hotel's appearance and standard are completely inconsistent with the breakfast it serves.
I can definitely recommend this hotel for a 2-3 night stay!
BBuji_dexin1. The location is east of the core area, about a fifteen-minute walk to the square.
2. Pros: Clean and tidy, a balcony is a great plus, and the front desk staff were very friendly.
3. Cons: The facilities are mediocre. There was no soap or razor, and bath towels were sometimes not replenished promptly. The disposable toothbrushes and tissue paper were of average quality. Overall, the facilities don't quite meet a four-star hotel standard. The restaurant didn't have milk, which was a significant drawback.
AAni M.Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan.
The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable.
What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant.
The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced.
Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a beautiful building and a huge park with lovely grounds. There's a fantastic pool with a spa, sauna, and hammam. The staff were attentive and polite everywhere except the lobby bar. In our room, we encountered mold and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It didn't bother us too much as we were only staying for a couple of nights, but for the price, they really should fix the plumbing.
GGuest UserVery large hotel. Very clean, friendly staff will to engage. Very professional and helpful Receptionist. It's a bit of a distance to down Town, but plenty of taxies, cheap and reliably. Did not use the spay or Pool. I would stay again when in Yaravan.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent in the heart of Yerevan. The views from the windows are also fantastic, especially from the higher floors. The room is spacious. The breakfast was great; it wasn't crowded, and the selection was wide. It wasn't the standard fare, but rather interesting and delicious options. The juice was natural, and the water wasn't dyed, like in many hotels.
Among the downsides: there weren't enough disposable slippers. They promised a panoramic bar, but it wasn't working on our day. And the worst part was that the shower drain was clogged with someone else's hair, which was causing the water to drain slowly and stand at a height of 5 cm. I reported it to reception, and they sent a worker, but he said they needed a cleaner and left. The hair remained until we left the next day.
